Desiree and her team are fantasticI contacted them while I still had a full time job and we worked together to get my business set up and ready to go in weeks! They have delivered on every promise they offered including managing the legal business setup, website(s) setup, and delivering supplies/equipmentThat is just the basic work that they do as you have full access to customize your business as you see fit and they will bend over backwards to try and make it happenI'm very grateful for finding the Delivered Goods franchise as I was planning on doing this on my own which would not have been nearly as fast or professionalI'm looking forward to opening soon and continuing partnering with Desiree and her team as my business grows (no extra fees for the continued partnership!)Definitely give Desiree a call if you are considering opening a food delivery service of your own!

research and came across this opportunity with this lady named Desiree C [redacted] - [redacted] who owns and supposedly runs a business called Mountain delivered Goods down in Prather, Ca- Fresno CountyWhen first speaking with her in September she seemed like a genuine person and spoke a lot about God so I thought she was a spiritual person and a woman with values to wanting to help others succeedI paid her over 12,and in return she promised me service to help me build my business and said I can make my money back within two weeks after starting upBefore money was paid, the communication was GOODAs soon as I made a full payment then communication was very minimal.All the flyers, brochures, the same logo she uses and the bags, and the website were nice and had me excited, where I just said I would stick it out, however, things started changing with communication and the not answering calls, and always pushing me off to the teenage assistant Who only knew the conversation when it came to the website, the menus, and the orders that should be delivered nothing on the business side of things when I called at least that's why I always requested to speak with her because it's her business and she should know more than everybody which is not true because she was in the dark about a lot of stuff that was going on and that kind of made me upset as well because she lied and pretended she new things when she really didn't and then they would do it right away S0, I started emailing her with my concerns and the way she's conducting her business with me and that’s when she would respond back QUICKLY (only when I voiced my concerns) regarding some of the and things she hasn’t done as promisedThis money was paid in September here it is February & I am not up and running at allonce she started on my business venture all I was able to get was social media account that she made, and she did do a website that is still not up and running, and she provided a 1-number, she got my business tax certificate, however you need a home permit license to be able to do business from home and the landlord has to sign it so I reached out to her trying to get help and she never answered the phone and I got frustrated and wrote her another email voicing my concerns, and once again she responded QUICKLY with a book story and still to this day I'm still not up and runningI will be attaching what she should provide and what she has it providedI am supposed to have displays inside of grocery stores I don't have that, I should have a GPS tracking for drivers, I don't have that, state-of-the-art delivery software I don't have that, a payment processing machine I don't have that, a mobile app I don't have that, and I still don't have no understanding of the business of how to run it what I can do to start it she has a tutorial explaining how to get the business so she can hurry up and get your money but she was supposed to do a training and once again I voice my opinion to her on some concerns of mine of her communication and she got upset and refused to finish off the agreement that I still don't remember typing my name toAnd yes when she started really delaying her communication and kept trying to put me off on her sistent that really didn't answer questions good besides on the website he was very good with the company called delivered Goods is inactive with the County of Fresno and with the state of California if you Google Mountain Delivered Goods which is the company she uses to get people like me to spend their money and figure it out as she go, they are not listed at all that name doesn't exist with the state of California or with the Fresno County Business department eithershe says that she has I was just so devastated because I have had this phone number for so long and after my research of where she is located and the comments that were said and the responses I gave back and the responses they gave-just let me know it was from her or her staff which are teenagersI don't have proof but if you read the text messages you would think it was them too! And if it is there when you investigate, THAT MEANS THEY TURNED THEM BACK ON!!! So, once again they control all the accounts because they were created by them and made up all the passcodes they know everything so they're able to play with it as they control everything! And I thought it Was strange that her assistant by the name of Sam a young teenager ask for my social security number to obtain a business tax certificate for the city of Fremont and I spoke to the revenue Division and they said you don't need the Social Security number so I was very very upset because he lied to me and ask me for something personalNow they know all my business because I once again trusted this online crap and for me to do this amount of money and basically given up everything just to start a business and make a living to be comfortable in life- shows you there a lot of people out here that are scammersbut I will not let this rest and I will fight to the end until I get my money back I'm trying to be fair but I need my $12,thank youAny information you need any proof of anything please let me know where to send it and how to send it because I have a lot of informationOnly harassment that has been going on is about me continuously emailing, texting, and asking about this business venture that hasn’t started and the unprofessional staticsAll I am Asking for is my money for services that were not surrendered all the way through and now I'm out of 12,because of people that are supposed to be business-oriented got caught up in their feelings because they were called The Devil in the face and feel they don't have to honor the contract she is not licensed under the name Mountain delivered Goods her other company delivered Goods is inactive so how is she able to do business collect money set people up and she's not even legit herself please refund me my money and all her materials back and we go our separate ways as she states on her paperwork you will have continuous help and support the way we are at odds and And then there's no way we will be able to work because she will not be sincerely genuine of making my business profitable no one in my circle is willing to work with her because they all feel she's a fraud and a scammer and since she doesn't Want to work with me she clearly says that and then says she has to pray to God to work with my cousin that's drama and I don't have time for it she thinks she's doing something and it's sad because we don't know how many other people have been dropping 12,in her hands with in the last year as she was only charging $4,last year All her youtube videos are datedWhere are the ones from to current if she been in business this long? As you can see from the multiple emails we sent we had completed all the marketing material designs the website, which never had an option to go to another site and make an orderWe tried to explain to *** that those links were simply for the store ads as a person would not even be able to make an order on though store websitesHe was somehow thinking that the customer had the option to place an order on his website or go to the store and place an order which was never actually an optionThose store icons were simply advertisements for the weekly ads for the business they were representingSo for instance the Home Depot link was simply showing Home Depot Weekly adsYou cannot order online on all of those websites that is why you were setting up or delivery business so that the person could get their things and order onlineAll of the uniforms, Software, marketing materials, door hangers, website, search engine optimization which Anart *** into multitudes of websites Facebook, Twitter business pages, Google business pages including all of the business artwork and linksAgain if you look at the emails you can see this correspondence and all the proofs being sent to *** for approvalWe cannot send out any actual products until it's paid in full per our agreementAll of the items we have to purchase are several thousand dollars so we certainly could not purchase everything and send it to you before you had paid usBut all of the time for designing etc.was extensive not to mention purchasing your phone lines, hiring a graphic artist to complete your movie, hiring a voice actor to complete your voice greeting for your phoneAll of these things were done for you within thefirst week from your purchase date on the agreementLiterally every aspect of the business was completed and designed for you which took lots and lots of man-hours as wellAgain all of the email correspondence will show thisAgain we have made similar websites and business packages for people without a single complaintIt was clear that *** was not understanding what we were saying about the links and he was thinking that the customer was being led to another website to place an orderWe attempted many times to explain this to him but he wasn't understandingWe wanted to continue to explain and make him understand how the website works but he got frustrated and just quitIf anything we completed all of his business package much faster than we do most of our clientsIf you look at the dates on the emails you'll see we were sending him proofs for marketing materials, website, Facebook and Twitter pages, sending him the finish movie, sending him his voicemail greeting, establishing his phone account and uploading his message for his 800-number, creating all of his marketing materials and a host of other thingsAgain all of these test took serious man hours
