Desiree and her staff at Mountain Delivered Goods, most notably Sam, has created a complete and comprehensive business model for starting a delivery serviceThey have so far fulfilled everything included in our agreement and they’ve been very attentive to any and all of my questions and concernsThere has been a clear and frequent line of communication and they’ve helped me to feel comfortable and excited about launching my own businessThey are constantly improving the process, however, I’m satisfied with the services I’ve received

To Whom it may concern:
On June 29,2016 [redacted] purchased a Grocery & Restaurant Delivery Service Business from us at Mountain Delivered Goods. What we...

provide is everything someone needs to run their own business such as a protected territory of their choice, custom website, domain name, logo, email, personal greeting message for their business phone, personal video for their website, marketing materials, we list our clients business in 50-100 browsers and directories for search engine optimizations, we get their business license, a business phone line and we continue to help out clients yrs down the road, when they need something we help as best we can. Our clients get everything done for them all for a price of $4500.
As soon as [redacted] purchased our package (he only made down payment of $1,000) we went to work on everything for his business immediately, I have several staff that I pay to work on these businesses and get things done fast. We immediately sent him a personal agreement of what we provide, and a business questionnaire. We made a client packet that tells us what we need to do for their business, we sent him a custom welcome packet along with a book we purchased for them to read, client question and answers, links for them to get a paypal account and some examples of things we provide.
We then created him a personal logo for his business, purchased his domain name for his website, paid for a business phone line, hired a voice actor to create his personal greeting for his phone line and hired a graphic artist to create his video to put on his website. We done tremendous amounts of work on his website at dependabledeliveredgoods.com and were making everything to his approval. We even created all his marketing materials and sent those to him to be approved.
Then on July 6, 2016 he had sent an email saying the website was confusing and wanted us to make some changes, so we did that. Then he was saying it was still confusing and did not want certain things on there and we explained how it worked and he still did not understand. He kept saying that he did not want his customers to be able to purchase through other stores from his site and we explained to him that there is no possible way for that to happen. He wanted us to put pictures of every single item at a grocery store on his website and from like 6 or more different stores and we explained to him that we can not do that. Then he emailed saying that we were not doing anything he had asked from us and wanted to be refunded. We explained to him that we are doing everything possible that we can and if we could speak over the phone to clarify any confusion and he said he did not want to speak with us and said we were refusing to refund him, we then told him that we would have to deduct our paid employees time and all the things we had already purchased for his business from the refund.
Not only have we invested more than the $1000 in his business, we have invested that just in staff time and materials in addition to scheduling his business creation, which means we have had to turn others away.
I will be including all email correspondence with this and that will show all our hours of work and what we have done for Mr. [redacted].
Sincerely,
[redacted]
