increasing his price with a two truck trip during his move. With DOT regulation of weight on our trucks, the two shipment going around his location would have been over the 26,000 limit per DOT regulation thus causing the extended time of delivery. I have spoken with [redacted] and he has assured me that when his inventory is delivered he will retract the claim with the Revdex.com. [redacted] delivery is a number one priority for us right now and we are working hard to remedy this issue. Regards,

I just came back from the climate control storage unit I had rented. I searched each box. I would like to note there are only six mover dude boxes in the unit. All the other boxes were already in our home. I will attach photos of the contents of the unit.I just found out that my daughters $1,200 [redacted] laptop, $250 [redacted] player, as well as our new microwave are not inside. I asked the movers again and again, to make certain all the electronic devises were put into the unit with the climate control. They have been sitting in an extremely hot environment since 6/24/16.I'm at such a loss, I'm not sure what else to say. I don't feel the company is going acknowledge the damage done to my family's belongings.I have left a message with my brother asking him to send me a copy of the original contract. He is on vacation right now, it's difficult to reach him because of the location. As soon as I have it, I'll forward it as well.Thank you,[redacted]

Review: Mover Dudes damaged household furniture while moving us from Virginia to Florida. They promised that they would rectify the problems and said that their operation department would contact us. There has been no contact and we have waited a week. They also mixed our belongings with other customers' belongings which they promised they would not do.Desired Settlement: Repair the belongings that Mover Dudes damaged.

To Whom It May Concern,In regards to CID#[redacted]: [redacted], the situation has been finalized. There were grievances from the customer that were addressed and fixed. Both parties reached a monetary value that suited each party to complete the claim. The claim has been since closed, and no further action is needed in this matter.Regards,Joshua VOperations Manager
