First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that the customer may have experienced It is never our intention for our customers to be less than satisfied with our services We would like to encourage the customer to file a claim with our 3rd party claims company ***Compensation will be provided based upon our legal liability through the claims processWe contacted [redacted] to have them initiate a claim file to allow you to file a proper claim as required by the law On 09/29/the customer was emailed the info to file a claim and up to date no claim has been received Please, if the customer has questions or concerns about the claim filing process they may reach out to [redacted] directly at [redacted] Monday through Friday 9am - 12pm and then 1pm - 5pm (EST) If the customer prefers to email you may reach them at [redacted] We hope to offer resolution through the claims process We regret that the customer found it necessary to file a Revdex.com complaint, but we trust that the above explanation enables them to better understand our position in this matter

During our last move, Moving Pro USA gave us a perfect serviceI just understood their efficiency when I called them firstTheir customer service was very quick and greatTheir quote was also quite reasonable as wellThe best part of their service was the moversThey were so efficient, helpful and punctualThey were so fast in packing and loadingI had no complained against themThey were truly awesomeThe real shock came when they handed us the final billIt was lower than the initial estimate, which NEVER happensI am so pleased with the honesty and reliability displayed by them

When my original movers didn't show up for a big move from California to Florida, I was put in touch with Moving Pro, Inc I was panicked and frustrated with the first movers but [redacted] quickly calmed my fears and re-worked her scheduled moves to make time for my moveThree men came the very next day, along with the owner, to pack their truck and put my belongings in their storage facility until I could get settled in Florida Once I was ready for my things to be moved to Florida, [redacted] walked me through the process again and made sure I understood they are professional movers and that everything was going to go smoothly She stayed in touch throughout the whole move and gave me status updates as to when my things would arrive After the whole process was complete, [redacted] called to make sure all went well Any issues I had (one item got broken and legs were missing on an ottoman) Moving Pro, Incsent me a check immediately to cover the loss I would absolutely recommend this moving company to anyone who values their belongings and their time These are true professionals who deliver great service with respect to their customers! I will use them again in any future moves!

Awesome movers! This is the second time we've used themThis time it was our entire household They keep all they'd promises and they treat your belongings as if they are their own! We'd highly recommend them!

I had about a week and a half to move from LA to SFI spoke to a few moving companies in Santa Monica/Venice/Malibu/LA, and the only person I felt comfortable with was VickiI sent her a quote request on Yelp, and she responded very quicklyI called the number she provided, and we spoke for some timeOn the same day, she and [redacted] visited my place and gave me a visual quote (I believe that's what it's called)They are very warm and caringI could tell that they understood the amount of stress I was experiencing and assured to work with me on all fronts to make the move easy As I found out about my job changes, they accommodated my new request and informed me about an option to store my stuff in a storage unit in LA since I didn't have a place in SF yetThey have a storage facility that they're contracted and were able to put my stuff in there while I was abroad (at a monthly price depending on the needs)I cannot stress enough how this option has made my life so much easierThis also allowed me to keep Moving Pros as an end-to-end moving company which made me very happy I also paid to have my stuff packed by [redacted] and his teamThe care they provided was unlike anything I've seenYou'd think they were packing their own belongings! His team was also very polite and professional which I truly appreciated When it was finally time for my belongings to move to SF, the process was smooth and easyI coordinated with Vicki about two weeks prior and got the date I wantedThey are very flexible with this so you can always discuss with themI chose two weeks because that worked better for my schedule I feel incredibly blessed to have met Vicki and ***They are 100% transparent and professionalThey are also very kind and understanding which was very surprising but appreciatedI say this because most people just treat it as a business [redacted] and Vicki see the value in keeping relationships and not just businessI am forever grateful for their help through this entire processCall them and get rid of your moving headache! Thanks to Moving Pro USA for making my move a wonderful experienceI was worried to hire someone because I have heard many bad stories about itBut thankfully you are not like thatThey were very managed to do the move, damage could not occurThe team was efficient, hardworking and very friendlyThey took care of the fragile things by wrapping blankets and pillow which I really appreciatedThey took extra care of everything that is what I thinkEverything went well overall

I hired Moving Pro USA after I was posted all the way across the country and needed to move there as soon as possibleI hired them and they were friendly and efficient and moved so fastAll was fine except damaged wall in the old house when the headboard slipped to the floor- truly it wasn't their fault as my floor was quite slippery alreadyBut they arrived early on the moving day and the move went very smoothAll my belongings arrived safely and perfectlyNothing was broken or damagedI would like to recommend them for sure

The total cubic feet the customer was charged for was cubic feet This is only Cubic feet more than what was estimated (not 50% nor is it fraud!) Due to the fact that we use the moving software which is based upon the AMSA weight guide, it is only accounting for basic furniture Everyone’s furniture is differentSometimes customers’ items prematurely fill the space they had reserved before the entire inventory listed on the original estimate is loadedThe movers cannot predict how every customer’s items will be shaped, how many odd, bulky, or fragile items that each move will have Every person’s move is differentSimilar to asking your realtor to show you bedroom homes, bedroom homes may range in size from square feet up to 2,square feet However, some of the smaller homes may properly accommodate your items better than the larger homes due to their layout being more compatible with your needs The movers cannot determine how items will fit into the truck until they are able to take a full review of the entire shipment and they will then calculate how they will stack items inside the tractor trailer When a customer has many fragile or many odd shaped items that cannot be stacked as tall vertically, then their shipment must be spread out horizontally for safe transit and will occupy more space in the tractor trailer; thus, resulting in additional volume in the tractor trailer and additional charges This has absolutely nothing to do with “fraud” or “inefficient packing” So, yes between dead air space and how items fit into the tractor trailer, 25% difference is possible And, as we stated, the customer could focus their energy on trying to reach an amicable resolution to their concerns by filing a claim Instead of doing this, they continue to focus on continuing their complaint Going back and forth is not going to resolve anything If the customer proves to [redacted] through the claims process that we overcharged them, [redacted] will advise us and we will pay any overages back to the customer If the customer would do some research about CFR (the Carmack Amendment) they would find that the 1st attempt to reach an agreement is reserved for the carrier and only the carrier Therefore, the customer must first address their complaints through the claims process If the customer chooses to obtain an attorney (who will gladly take the money and make promises) they would possibly get to court and then the judge would ask them if they filed a claim If the answer is “no” the judge will then send the customer back to start all over again with filing a claim The customer agreed to these terms and conditions as listed on the face and the back of the Bill of Lading which is the legal and binding contract that governs this move They must file a claim if they have any concerns about loss, damage, delay, overcharge, or general service complaints We regret that the customer felt the need to continue their complaint with the Revdex.com We trust that the above explanation enables then to better understand our position on these matters The total cubic feet the customer was charged for was cubic feet This is only Cubic feet more than what was estimated (not 50% nor is it fraud!)
