We do not steal from anyone for any reason. Customer signed that they received all of the items in teh inventory list. Customer is more then welcome to file an insurance claim if he believes and item is lost or missing even if customer has signed that they received everything

Your recived a "Binding Estimate" Binding meaning the price per a cubic foot would remain the same if you took up more or less space. Its an estimate, a binding estimate. AN estimate is not a fixed price. What would you like as far a s resolution.

 When my wife was speaking to one of the businesses representatives she told him it would be way more than 30 boxes in the quote and the representative ignored her and put 30 boxes anyway.  In my opinion this was done to get a low estimate so we’d pick this company and then come moving day the quote goes out the window and they can charge what they want.  I believe state law in New Jersey for movers is they can’t charge over %110 of the original quote. Our original quote was for 2197.65, %110 of that would only be around 4600 so I’m not sure how they charged over $5000 for the total cost of the move. I also don’t know how a professional moving company doesn’t do an on site walkthrough before the move to get a better estimate.

Customer inventory went up a lot which is why the price went up. Customer is more then welcome to call in to see if there is any additional discount we can offer

Since filing my original complaint on 6/**/17, I have received my furniture severely damaged, many items beyond repair. This includes my dining table with 3 out of 4 legs broken off, side table broken off at the top, lamp table broken, another side table missing a leg, a chair's leg broken, and scratches/abrasions on multiple items. I attached 4 images as it won't let me attach more, but I have many more pictures of damaged items. They were emailed to the Revdex.com and I can provide them again as needed.My furniture was destroyed and I believe it was intentional after I filed this complaint. In any case my furniture is now useless and has to be thrown away and for that reason I am asking them for a refund.I feel defrauded by this company, bullied, and now without intact furniture.

 Again if your company quoted us correctly and didn’t do a bait and switch, I never would have chosen your company and had to deal with “this inconvenience”

Customer had double the items then on her orginal inventory. We gave her 1000 dollars off already. I will se what more we can do

This customer ended up double the inventory then he originally agreed upon in the estimate.this was the cause of his priced increase

We have gave customer several discounts already. Customer was only charged for the space they took up.I will reach out to the customer personally and see if there's anything else we can do to satisfy them

Customer needs to file an insurance claim as the first step of being compensated

We have already reached out to the customer in order to resolve this complaints.

We are waiting on customer to send in quotes from other competitors so we can offer her a better price then them

My boxes have not been located.   I have filed an insurance claim but still have not received a response.    It is ludicrous to claim that "i signed that all the inventory was received" thus nothing stolen.   To not even acknowledge that there were multiple boxes and items that we signed for and is not practical to account for every item, not matter how big or small is absurd.  This just shows the company does not care about their clients and once a job is done they don't care at all about their clients.
