This is by far the most unprofessional organization that I have done business with in ten years of operations and supply chain experience. On 10/27/17 we ordered a simple cardboard compactor hopper. Lead time was 5-7 days as listed on their website. After repeated phone calls, emails, and faxes this company NEVER returned a single phone call or fax. ONE email was returned and then when I had a follow up question they went silent again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They will process your payment and then go completely silent. They do not answer the phone or emails AT ALL. Read the other reviews, they all say the same thing. It is now 3/19/18.....5 MONTHS LATER....and I still don't even have a tracking number for the thing I ordered back in October. Use ANYONE else. I'd give less stars but it wont let me.

This company promised me a refund of a cancelled order, and has not refunded my money. (No product provided)
I contacted this company, Tom S. specifically in August of 2017 because I thought I'd need a "ship's ladder" style ladder for one of our properties. He provided a quote ($709), and I ordered the ladder to be made (paying $709 by credit card over the phone). The following day, our contractor told us that we no longer needed the ladder, so I called Tom back to cancel our order. Tom told me they'd refund most of the money. Here is the email, "

I never got the refund, and I can't reach anyone at the company.

Desired Outcome

I need a refund of at least $666.46 as promised by this company.

This check is set to go out next week on our next check run. We have closed down our in-house manufacturing and sold off all assets and moved all outstanding jobs to one of our reputable partner manufacturers so we will not have future issues in getting jobs out TIMELY.

Provided the company sends the refund as promised, they have satisfied my complaint. Once I finally reached someone at this company, they were very helpful in resolving.

I ordered 3- aluminum working platforms in Nov. 2017. I wired transferred $12,828.00. I keep getting excuses why they can not ship .
I purchased 3 aluminum working platforms for a total of $ 12,828.00. I wire transferred the money on 11/15/17. First delivery date was 12/20/17 I had numerous reasons why they can not ship. I have asked for return of my money , with no response. Now they will not return my calls or emails

Desired Outcome

Either send platforms within 10 days, I need to open business 3/1/18 or return my money.

was provided his delivery date update on the 2-15, BEFORE filing this community, agreeing to his drop-dead delivery dates to which we met perfectly.

The stands shipped out and were received and the shipping date was 3-7-18. Furthermore, we kept him in the loop the entire time with regular updates. His complaint is unfounded and bogus.

Never received shipment, but credit card charged 9/21/17 $2605.75
On 9/21/17 I ordered part *** (special order ladder). 12/21/17 order was cancelled since it still wasn't fulfiled. President Michael T. emailed that it had been cancelled and my refund was on the way. There have been about 50 emails where he makes excuses for why I don't have my refund. He will not call and will not credit my account. There is always an excuse. I have been scammed. They even charged me the $625 freight fee which never happened.

MP Industries, Inc. is a distributor for other manufacturers. We do NOT make anything. We manage all orders and send out the product PO to the manufacturer of the products they sellect. Just as if we were an "industrial Amazon" and we do not always have the ability to control manufacturers we have, and their late deliveries. We have worked with this client and their insane amount of harassment emails. I've gotten as many as 23 emails and faxes on the exact same question in 2 days. After this type of harassment, we stopped answering the nasty and hostile emails with personal attacks etc. The delivery was late but out of our control as we explained the same details over and over as we neared shipping time. This was a late cancellation and we have sent out payment credit already.

He still has not sent the refund. Lies over and over that the check was sent. Since the check never came I also filed a fraud claim against him and my Visa account is working on this also. MP Industries is horrible to work with. Like others have said, they won't return calls (never once from the onset did anyone return my calls) and then emails were filled with false statements dragging the problem out for months. Sept - Feb... still fighting for my money back.

Finally rec'd the credit in April. Terrible it took so long and Revdex.com had to get involved - but THANKS for helping me get my money back.

After a few weeks of correspondence including quotes, finish selections and freight quotes, we placed an order, along with a large deposit in the amount of $19,541.27 on their invoice #***. The order was placed on October 11th. We've since tried repeatedly to get an update on the shipment, calling, e-mailing, faxing and even asking a nearby business to knock on their door. To no avail. Only a mechanical voice message machine answers. Since then, we emailed Michael and Jaime *** at MP Industries and left yet another voice message stating that we wanted to cancel the order because of the lack of communication and the fact that our clients were waiting for their furniture. We stated that we would like our deposit returned. We have not had a single correspondence in regards to either the deposit or the actual order.

The late cancellation refund was initiated. MP Industries Inc is a distributor and doesn't always have control of late deliveries from outside manufacturers.

This was not a "late cancellation refund" as stated by the MP Industries response. This was an attempt to get a deposit on a product that was never shipped, never acknowledged to ship, and not responded to in a timely manner. He stated that the refund was sent on 01.17, again on 01.24, again 01.30 and we still don't have the refund.
