Our tub-to-shower renovation was completed yesterday and we are thrilled. My husband needed a safe place to bathe as he just had surgery for a broken hip. I explained the urgency and the company was able to expedite our job to accommodate us. Everything went very smoothly, from [redacted] coming out with his experience and vast knowledge of ADA regulations, to [redacted] coming to review the job and measurements, to the install. The install experience with [redacted] was great. He was pleasant to have in our home and terrific about keeping me informed of the progress. He explained everything as he went along, and provided me instruction on everything before he left. Work ethic and customer service were excellent, and the job started and finished as planned.

We had Mr. Fix-It install a bathroom shower with glass doors, vanity top, and flooring. The sales represent-ative clearly explained the process and timeframe involved and provided helpful suggestions as we selected materials. We were extremely satisfied with the results. Workers were professional throughout, arriving on time and cleaning up at the end of each day. Today, we called for assistance with the shower door unrelated to the original installation, and a Mr. Fix-It technician came this afternoon and resolved the issue at no charge. We are very appreciative with the professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness shown by everyone at Mr. Fix-It. Thank you!

The end result isn't worth the money, time & frustration! A job that we were told would take 2 days, but they schedule 3 "just in case" took 9 and $1,400 extra as well as an extra $150 in fee's to use our no interest credit card because we couldn't drive all the way to Ashland to make the payment! Don't waste your time! You call for a "small fix" and they sell you on false dreams of remodels!

This is my first time using Mr. Fix-It and it was a positive experience. I was very pleased with the service - from the initial estimate appointment all the way through the install and follow-up. The installation crew was on time, and was professional and courteous. They did great work and left a clean job site. I would be glad to have them back.

I have owned my home for over 30 years. Of that time I have been a customer of Mr. Fix-It for over half that time. Having dealt with many other service providers I have found the Mr. Fix-It is the most honest in their business practices. One of my early experiences was dealing with new replacements windows. Several other companies kept feeding me quotes but at the same time saying I could not get the windows that I wanted. I called Mr. Fix-It and not only did they get my windows they kept everything under warranty. Warranty, my most recent experience was dealing with a few issues I was having with my Gutter Helmets. I honestly did not think that they would still be under warranty but they were! 17 years after they were installed!! Can you imagine my surprise when my wife told there was no charge for that service call. One other thing I would like to add is that besides being a very honest company they are always thorough with their work. They clean up behind themselves and they answer any questions or concerns I may have. If the technician does not know the answer they say so and then find the answer.

Mr. Fix It did an excellent job with our bathroom renovation!!!! [redacted], who supervised the entire process was professional, polite and very respectful in all aspects. They surprised us with monogramed towels as well, which was very special as they completed the installation when we were away on our honeymoon. When we returned from our honeymoon, we were able to enjoy our brand new bathroom as a married couple with our new and unexpected towels. The bathroom they replaced was over 22 years old. The tile flooring, shower fixtures and specialized plumbing were all done at a very high level of quality and attention to detail. I am one very satisfied customer.

Mr. Fix It was a pleasure to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone. The prices they gave were very competitive with other companies and the sales rep worked with us through all our questions and concerns about the project. It is hard to find good customer service now a days but theirs is truly exceptional.

Mr Fixit did a bath reno for me. It took a few days longer than they had planned but what an excellent job they have done. I have no complaints. Did a good job cleaning up too, which has been a big negative for me. This guy was really good at clean up. I was left with dusting, that was it.

I contacted Mr. Fix It because I have a bathroom that I want remodeled and they were the only Class A rated contractors in the area. They scheduled an estimate in a timely manner and sent out an appraisal expert. I had to take a day off of work to accommodate their schedule. After spending 45 minutes talking and looking through the intended bathroom remodel he mentioned that he was not the remodel expert and could not even ball park a price for me, which made me think it was a total waste of time, but he said he would pass on the necessary information to the bathroom remodel expert who would contact me very soon with an estimated price. So he left, saying they would be in touch. Several days pass by and no phone call or e-mail, so I decided to give them a call, I state my name and address and that I had someone stop by to conduct an estimate on a bathroom remodel and surprise, they have no idea who I am. So I gave the name of the appraiser and the day he stopped by, after a life story they figure it out and tell me the bathroom remodel expert will contact me in a few days, I've heard that before but I decide to give them a chance. More than a week goes by and I still have not heard anything from them. So I decide to call again, and guess what, they have no idea who I am, so I have to explain everything again, and again I get the same load of crap from them "we will have the bathroom remodel expert call you ASAP" it has been more than a month and I have not heard anything from them. I wouldn't mind if they called and said we are just too busy to take on anymore contracts right now, but I guess they are too proud to admit that. Instead they would rather waste my valuable time and money. Take your money and business elsewhere.

Mr. Fix-It came in and re-mudded our Garage Walls, sanded and painted them. They installed baseboard where cinder wall met the wall board.
Install a gate in the screening fence and installed river rock behind the gate.
Reversed a closet door so it opened out instead of in - allowing us to put things against the wall without a chance of them falling and blocking the ability to open the door which happened to us previously.
They did a good job and a timely manner.

Our experience with Mr. Fix-It was really great! Our master bathroom renovation turned into the addition of several other small projects and each time we made changes, they were very willing to work with us. It was very obvious, they simply wanted us to be happy with the work they were providing. They finished each job in the time specified and it was a pleasure dealing with them. From the initial meetings with [redacted] and [redacted], to living daily with [redacted], and one other worker (whose name has slipped our minds), but was equally a part of the team, the experience was relatively painless. They worked hard to make out lives as disruptive as possible for the two weeks they were at our home. We would recommend Mr. Fix-It, particularly the group we worked with, without hesitation, and will certainly call them again for any future renovations.

I lost power during the January cold snap, and [redacted] told me it was not their problem, that my circuit breaker box must have died. It turned out they were wrong, a [redacted] transformer had blown; it affected only three houses, so it took them a while to figure it out. But meanwhile I called Mr. Fixit in a panic...I had no heat and it was 10 degrees outside! Mr. Fixit dropped everything and in less than an hour sent their electrical contractor ([redacted]) to my home; [redacted] quickly determined that [redacted] was at fault; he even talked to a [redacted] rep for me, to be sure they understood what was wrong and that I got immediate service. I can't say enough about the wonderful and expert assistance I got from Mr. Fixit (as always) and from [redacted]. Both are companies I highly recommend.
