Mr. Fix-It

I lost power during the January cold snap, and [redacted] told me it was not their problem, that my circuit breaker box must have died. It turned out they were wrong, a [redacted] transformer had blown; it affected only three houses, so it took them a while to figure it out. But meanwhile I called Mr. Fixit in a panic...I had no heat and it was 10 degrees outside! Mr. Fixit dropped everything and in less than an hour sent their electrical contractor ([redacted]) to my home; [redacted] quickly determined that [redacted] was at fault; he even talked to a [redacted] rep for me, to be sure they understood what was wrong and that I got immediate service. I can't say enough about the wonderful and expert assistance I got from Mr. Fixit (as always) and from [redacted]. Both are companies I highly recommend.

Mr Fixit replaced my shower and tub with NuBath system last week. Their work was exceptional and professional. The fixtures were also high end with a lifetime warranty. I have had many contractors come and do work on my home over the past 15 years and this company exceeds the quality and craftsmen ship of all the others. The gold torch award is very appropriate for this excellent company.

This business transaction proved to be completely satisfactory. The installers were so friendly and worked really hard -- even in the main.

This is my "go-to" home improvement company when I have big or small jobs that I want done right. Mr. Fix-It is a first class home improvement company servicing the central and northern Virginia area. The company is focused on providing quality home improvements to its customers. I have done several projects with Mr. Fix-it including installation of Gutter Helmet, new gutters and down spouts , siding, and most recently a new GAF certified roof replacement project for my home. I am satisfied that Mr. Fix-It provided quality products and service both during and after their work on my home. I worked with them to address concerns as my projects were being completed. They were responsive and satisfied my concerns. They have great sales, production, and service departments. They offer quality control inspection and interview of the customer after the job is completed to make sure your concerns have been addressed and that you are satisfied with their work.

We had Gutter Guards installed recently and are very pleased with the work that was done. The installer was very professional as well as everyone that was in the process. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I conytacted with Mr. Fix It a couple of years ago to have a bathroom remodeled. over two years later there was an issue with the shower valve. I called @ 4pm on Friday and they had some one at my home by 6pm.

Service like theirs is rare and I reccomend them for any type of service they provide without hesitation.

I have hired Mr. Fix-It to find and repair a problem on my roof, to install new rain gutters, and to install several ceiling fans in my home. On all occasions, working with the Mr. Fix-It Team has been a true pleasure! The quality of work and materials has been excellent, and the flow of communications between myself and their service department has been second to none. They are professional, accessible, diligent, and personable.

As a senior citizen, I need to find contractors and service workers that I feel I can trust, and that I can afford...reaching a balance between these two sometimes opposing needs isn't easy. But I have found such a balance with the folks at Mr. Fix-It. Their fees, while not cheap, are reasonable for the quality of the work they do (and less expensive than others I've contacted!); and their follow-up to be sure I am satisfied with their work is excellent.

I am very happy with my decision to hire Mr. Fix-It for a variety of home repairs, and will do so whenever I have work to be done.

Very pleased with the work Mr. Fit It did. Had the Gutter Helmets installed, they were on time, cleaned up all the debris and instructed me on how to spray to gutters twice a year. Would certainly recommend or use them again if we have another project.

We Mr. Fix-It because we had heard so many positive comments about the company and I always enjoy watching the commercial on TV * after the news. The sales person that came out was very knowledgeable and courteous. Everything was explained to us in detail and the price was broken down in such a way that it was easily understood. The job was done in a timely manner and we have been very pleased with the results. We experienced two minor problems after the work was completed which the company was quick to resolve to our satisfaction. My now wife loves her engagement ring / bathroom.

The entire experience has been outstanding! The personnel were courteous and careful. Each and everyone were very particular and caring in doing the very best job. Their attitudes were pleasant, positive and professional. I dreaded to do this project but Mr. Fix-It made it wonderful. If I was to give them a score it would be 150%!

I had a problem with my garbage disposal. It was getting electricity, but the blades weren't turning. I called around to get a few estimates. [redacted]. from Mr. Fix-It called me back and was very straight forward with me. He gave me some advice over the phone on how to try a quick troubleshooting tip. I tried his advice, and it worked! He saved me $150 for coming out, for a 10 second fix. I really appreciate his honesty. He was in no way obligated to give me any helpful advice over the phone. Now I'll be going to him with any jobs I have, and I'm recommending him to all my friends. Anybody can just come out and fix your problem. They can also charge you an arm and a leg. What I appreciate the most about Mr. Fix-It, is that I can trust them.

[redacted] installed gutters and gutter guards on the front of our 2 story home. Their work was carefully undertaken with a focus on quality and my satisfaction. They patiently answered my questions and accommodated my frequent observations. I was very pleased with all aspects of this project.

Mr. Fix-It recently remodeled my bathroom and I could not be more pleased with the finished product! The team that completed the work was so great- they worked long hours and cleaned up each night before they left. Great job and great company!
