Do not hire them! We were part of their service club, and 3 weeks after a Holland technician checked and serviced our central A/C unit, the drain line fouled and flooded our basement, causing over $2700 in damages. When Holland's came out the next day to check it, the next guy immediately identified the cause, and performed a "level 1 cleaning" which removed the material which plugged the drain. When asked why this obvious problem wasn't addressed by the guy 3 weeks earlier, he had no answer.
The first tech upsold us on some anti-mildew treatment. Why? Because it could plug the drain line and cause a flood! Was there any mold/mildew present? No, but there could be. This is their focus, the upsell. Sell something you don't need, and don't address the dog hair and dust coating the inside of the unit which was the real threat and an obvious service item needed attention.
When asked how Holland's would address the flood clearly caused by their lack of attention and service, we were told this was OUR FAULT for not getting the $600 duct cleaning they wanted to sell us. $600 duct cleaning? Yes. Mold/Mildew treatment for non existent mold/mildew? Sure thing! 5 minutes with a vacuum to prevent a flood in our family room? No. That's your fault.
Do not let Holland's inside your house. By the way? They were late on their first appointment, and still charged us full price. On time or you don't pay a dime? Don't believe a word these people say.

We just had our spring hvac service call and as usual the service tech was prompt, courtious and extremely thoruogh with the tune up. We have been satisfied customers for 14 years.

The business and all employees are loyal to customers like us. We have had work done and completed for both heating and air conditioning on a scheduled time the last couple of years. We would highly recommend this business to anyone and is the only business we will use in the future.

I have dealt with this company for close to 15 years. I have always found their techs to be knowledgeable and friendly. My H VAC units , I have two for my home, are well maintained and I believe they have lasted all these years because of Hollands tune ups etc.

Holland came out first thing at 8AM on a Sunday morning and fixed our furnace, and had us up and running within an hour. Also, because we are comfort club members, we didn’t pay a service charge. Great job and thanks Hollands!”

I had my Heating and Air Conditioning units installed by this company in 2010. I am also a Club Member. I have only positive things to say about Mr. Holland's Heating and Air Conditioning company. They have a very Professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable staff. As a Club Member are on a program were our units are checked twice a year once in the Spring and once in the Fall. The Technician's do a Preventive Maintenance check list. They answer all our questions and are always on time. They have found parts that needed to be replaced before total failure would have happened and all under warranty. I can't say enough good things about this Company. I trust them completely with keeping my Family and Home safe from faulity Heating and Air Conditioning units that could harm my Family.

This company does a wonderful job. Mike spent extra time with me explaining how things work what they were for and checked out issue I wanted checked. Wonderful experience.

After 26 years of service our furnace finally decided to act up and our CO2 detector went off telling us our furnace had other issues as well. Of course this all had to happen during an extreme cold snap. We decided to call Mr. Holland's Heating and Air to have a service tech come out and check out the furnace. Nate arrived as scheduled and spent time explaining to us what tests he was performing and what he was looking for. Needless to say our furnace needed to be replaced which is what we had assumed would happen. Our comfort advisor, Tommy, showed us the different options and costs associated with them. He was very thorough. We decided to go with a package deal using a Rheem furnace and A/C unit because of the discount Mr. Holland's offered and the fact that our A/C unit was also over 24 years old. Two days later Pat and Nick arrived to install our furnace. The courtesy and professionalism they showed was exceptional. I felt bad for Nick having to set the A/C unit outside when it was -3 degrees, but he tried to make the best of it and keeping up his sense of humor, even offered to make snow angels in the snow! The next day we received a call from Brenda to check out how the install went. She told us that they didn't have the furnace that we had chosen in stock so they upgraded us to the next one available at no additional cost. This qualified us for a Focus on Energy rebate. She asked for our WE Energies account number and said she would submit the rebate application on our behalf and we should be getting an email confirming our application. Sure enough, later that afternoon I received an email from Focus on Energy. This exemplary customer service is something you don't seem to get anymore these days. All warranty papers were also submitted on our behalf. I know you don't purchase a furnace every day, and I'm sure Holland's Heating and Air isn't the cheapest company out there, but their professionalism and customer service went above and beyond all of our expectations and how do you put a price on that? Brenda even gave us a follow-up call a few days later to see how our duct cleaning service went. Everything that Mr. Holland's did, from the initial furnace inspection, to the install, and the ductwork cleaning, including submitting warranties and energy rebates on our behalf, was done with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Other companies could learn a lot from a company like Mr. Holland's. We highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a new furnace and/or A/C unit.

I just had fall checkup of my heating system by Luis, one of Mr. Hollands technicians and as with other techs he was friendly and professional. One Hour does what they say, on time reliable service!

As a member of Mr. Holland's "Comfort Club," we are assured an annual heating system check-up and an annual cooling system check-up which saves us the hassle of break downs. The small monthly membership fee gives us peace of mind as well as the check-ups and discount on any other services needed. They call us to set up appointments. The office staff is always friendly and professional. The technicians are always prompt and professional offering several options when updates or repairs are needed or foreseen, but never pushy about selling us something that we want to postpone.

I felt that the people were professional and very helpful and went the extra mile to help us in our situation. I recommend .

Finding a contractor that not only cares about providing a high quality blended with excellent people and service of customer, willingness to take the time to ask questions to learn and then share their expertise is hard to find. Contractors typically do not want to have the harder conversation spending more time. Many do what is easiest for them and including dropping their price to just get the work. Mr. Holland's does not do this and really delivers a standard of excellence making sure you get what pay for and expect. If something does go wrong ( because in reality there are always unexpected variables) they are Johnny on the spot and take care of it.
After I took a few minutes to learn more I easily understood something I really knew nothing about except that it provided warm and cool when I needed it. After learning my option I chose a system (one of their bundles) that not only will save me $400-$600 per year on combined gas and electric but I also got my ducts cleaned and added indoor air quality products.
My daughter and I can't believe the difference not only in comfort but also how much it has helped our allergy and asthma issues not to mention we no longer have any musty, damp or any other type of odor from anything including animals and strong lingering food smells like bacon. My kept saying " I never knew how bad it was and what we just put up with until it was different". I (we) are so happy we made the decision to do it right with a company like Mr. Holland's. I recommend to everyone to take a few minutes to learn more it will save you time, money and frustration. You pay a little more but you will be pleased and you will also get what you paid for.
