We are a flat rate company.  We have different flat rates for different jobs according to whatever the plumbing or sewer problem it is.    We charge $360.73 to pull a toilet and snake the drain.  I'm sorry our Invoice doesn't print that on it.  We do not give the...

specifics of the jobs on the invoice.  We explain to the customer what we are going to do before the job, and we get the approval from them and have them sign a contract on our IPads. Upon completion we email an invoice. We are a labor intensive service with expensive equipment and we try and work as clean as possible without disrupting anyone.  Please accept our apology for not explaining the service better.

We have scheduled an appointment with the customer this Saturday  07/20/2014 to review and correct the problem.

Mark, the Columbus Mr. Rooter Manager, called [redacted] on 07/28/2015.  He offered her a $400.00 refund that we feel is reasonable.  She hung up on him!

Yes it is settled and I am thankful to speaking to Mr [redacted] from Mr.Rooter in regards to this matter. He took the time to look into it thoroughly and pointed out that they had credited my account $ 1200.00 already and  the issues was with the estimates for the work, my not catching the credit, and mostly with [redacted] billing statements. Again, I thank Mr [redacted] for taking the time to go over this with meRegards,

WE HAVE GONE OUT TO THE CUSTOMERS HOME, REPAIRED THE ITEMS AND HAVE REFUNDED HER $100.00.  THE CUSTOMER WAS SATISFIED.

We will be contacting the Operations Manager and Field Manager to find out exactly what happened.  We will get back to you as soon as spossible. Thanks!
