8.3.15 Revdex.com  received phone call from [redacted]. She said since filing complaint with Revdex.com she spoke with company on phone but there has been no resolution to her complaint. [redacted] said she filed a dispute with her credit card company.

This is a request to reopen complaint id 12216612 against MR. Rooter Plumbing Corp. I received a message from you on 8.22.17. I am dissatisfied with the refund of $69 from Mr. Rooter. I shell be receive refund of $125. I respectfully request fro your action and receiving rest of $56 from Mr. Rooter. I think that Mr. Rooter did not include a discount coupon of $56. I very appreciate your assistance in execution of $56 to resolve this fraudulent costs.
