Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Edmonton

We hired Mr. Rooter to repair our collapsed sewer line from the front of the house to the city hookup. They completed the repair on February 17. They ruined our front walkway, one side of our lawn, and city sidewalk. What was left was thousands of dollars in damages. The front bed beside our front steps is sunken by approximately 3 feet to the point that our railing has collapsed. By the front steps walkway, it has sunken by one foot. We do not feel that this is a finished job and had Mr. Rooter come back to look at it. They told us that this is normal, which we vigorously disagree with. Total cost of the repair was approximately $12,000 and we feel that Mr. Rooter should be accountable for the huge amount of damage.
