Operations Manager Robert M*** reached out to the customer Derik *** on 6/30/After discussion of the job and work performed, MrRooter and Mr*** have agreed on a fair and proper creditThis case has been satisfied and the customers expectations have been met

The operations Manager (Robert M*** from MrRooter in Seattle was great to work with to resolve the issues that we had previously had with the job supervisorLots of misinformation had been given which caused the problem to manifest itself after only a couple of yearsThe exterior rework was completed and verified to everyone's satisfactionThe extra work that was needed was completed the first of this monthRobert M*** did an outstanding job of getting the facts straight and resolving the issues so that the real rework could be done, and it was.*** *** *** *** 2/24/
