I typically do not write reviews but I feel in my heart that I need to share my experience I had with MrT*** so this does not happen to anybody elseI first went to "MrTaxes" because he told me that I would be approved for $loan.I normally do my own taxes every year but I really needed that loan and that was the only reason I went to himNeedless to say I did not get approved for the loan and was not told a specific reason on whyThen Mrtax had informed me that his charge would be $When it came time to sign the papers he had charge me $He did not make me aware of the $chargeThen I had informed him about a$credit that I was eligible for that he somehow missedAfter minutes or so ,he finally realized that I did qualify for that creditI almost lost out on $refundThe day I signed the papers for him to take the $out of my refund, he ran a promotion the very next day to do everyone's taxes for $I had given MrT*** a canceled check for my direct deposit for my refund He somehow left off the last number to my account so I never received a direct deposit or received my refund on the expected date from the IRSInstead I had to drive to MrT***'s office and pick up a live check a week after I was told I would receive my refundI then had to drive minutes away to the bank that the check was written from and then they charged me a fee to cash the checkI then get a letter from the state basically being audited and MrT*** told me that he would take care of itThat was three weeks ago and he has yet to take care of that situationThe list goes onI had wrote to MrT*** explaining everything I had been through and thought it would be fair to ask of a refund of $He agreed and said he would refund me the $and it would be mailed out on March 3rdI called his office and then he informed me he would mail it out on March 10thI spoke to him today on March 13th and he informed me today on the phone that he is not refunded me anythingHe has left me no choice but to take him to courtI hope somebody can learn from my experience and the best advice that I can give to someone is make sure you do your researchInvestigate that person who you decide to do your taxes withGood luck!!!

MrTaxes was able to assist myself and my sister in preparing our tax return and got us our maximum return in years ! Would recommend him and his staff to anyone !

"MrTaxes" is as unprofessional and dishonest as they comeI went to MrThompson almost a year ago and paid this individual $to file my back taxes and setup a payment plan for me with the IRSI repeatedly texted him asking for updates on my file to which he would tell me to call his office and when I did call I was told by him that he, “took care of it." According to the IRS a payment plan could not be setup because my & taxes were never filed, but I have text messages from MrThompson stating he had me setup on a monthly payment plan with the IRS streamline and needed my approval to processHe later contradicted himself when I actually went to his office and he told me that I could not be put on a payment plan until my taxes were filedAfter I advised him I would be posting his text messages on social media, due to him texting me at times and about things that had nothing to do with my taxes, he said I would be hearing from his lawyer and made a laughable
