He explained everything he was going to do to my computer. And out of all the different computer places I've taken my computer this gentleman was the first one that actually talk to me.
Thank you for the high praise. I consider it very important to know what my client wants out of my service before I begin work. I haven't done my job unless my clients are more comfortable with their machines than before they came to my shop.
