I ordered college graduation announcements in March received a package in April that my husband stored in a closetWhen I found the shipping package and discovered I received only half the order I called and received no assistance I requested a reprint and overnight ship to receive on WednesdayI was told no that I should have called sooner and this was my fault for not opening the box when I received itI requested an escalation to a manager or other decision maker with the company was told not availableI requested transfer to director of department or even to Vice President of this division, customer service, supervisor suddenly available and came on the lineThe supervisor also told me this was my fault for not opening the box upon arrival and the other half of my order would not reach me until the following week at the earliestI asked why the first person I spoke to stated it would be three days and yet she is stating it would take greater than a weekNo explanation off

I was contacted by a customer belonging to [redacted] She notified me that this company has merged my account with hersThis not only gave her access to my credit card and home address but to my children’s information as wellThis would include their name, the school they attend, grade, and even homeroom teacher She is able to make purchases on my credit card through this companyThis is unacceptable and down right dangerous as well

They (Balfour) are the only vendor option for Rowlett High School graduation supplies - announcements, cap and gown, etc Because we have no option, apparently, they have developed an attitude that they don't have to help us once the order is filled - correct or not I've tried at least a dozen times to contact someone via the number - you cannot speak to a human being You can only leave a message and they don't call back I have emailed at least times They just emailed back today with a rep name and number I tried to call - I got another automated system in which I'm supposed to type in the rep's first name, it then was supposed to connect me - I got a voice mail - not knowing if it in fact, was [redacted]  voicemail - and left a message NO response I called the number again, and again, had to leave a voicemail I just need to exchange the large senior key for a small senior key This is not rocket science I've been trying to reach them and resolv

I purchased a class ring through this company and contacted customer service to get a status and it took them over a week to respond to my request When they finally did they provided me with an email with an incorrect tracking number and couldn't provide an answer to where my ring was sent After phone calls with them, they told me that my ring had been sent to the school for a ceremony On the order they were provided a shipping address and they ignored it and sent to the school anyway The customer service agent assured me that she would contact the rep at the school and my ring would be sent immediately and she would contact me back to confirm She failed to do so The next day I contacted her back and asked for a status and she told me that I would receive it the following week I told her that was unacceptable and requested that she contact the school rep and rectify the mistake immediately From there she ignored all further communication I am disgusted with the lack of customer service from this company and will never do business with them again I am ashamed they are the manufacturers of my school's ring Herff- Jones was infinitely better to deal with

I bought a *** graduation ring back in and since I need my ring to be resized, I was in the BX at Tinker AFB and saw a authorized and official Balfour dealer who said my ring was made by Belfour and that if it was sent in they could take it down the half size I needed it to changed toThe Balfour employee was just there for the weekend and was showing off rings and sizing peoples fingersHe looked at my ring and verified that Belfour made in and had the contract to make Lackland AFB rings in I was given the address and phone number by the Balfour worker and told to send in the ringI sent the ring in with a dollar shipping and handling because two reasons, I was told and trusted the employee that said they made the ring and two I was told they would do the resizing, I would not have sent the money if I was not 100% sure that they knew what they were doing and that they would accomplish the repairThe was sent along with the ring but they sent it back to me after tw

Both experiences (two sons attended the same college) that I have had with Balfour were frustrating but the most recent one was beyond frustratingI ordered online and also spoke with a representative but somehow there was an additional fee that was tacked onto the orderDespite ordering online and providing email they opted to call my houseIn this day and age it makes more sense to contact the customer using both forms of communicationWith less than a week before graduation I contacted Balfour remy order only to find out about the outstanding balanceI asked that they waive the signature requirement ("we cannot do that"IOW we WON'T do that)I had requested shipment to me not my son and due to their "signature requirement policy" had to change the address to my husbands place of business and in his nameThey assured me the ring would arrive FridayContrary to all of the above, the ring arrived late, was addressed to my son and mailed to our home! I ordered and paid for a Parkway High School yearbook, April 10, 2018, delivery promised Sept 2018, it is now November 20, and I have yet to receive a yearbook A Balfour representative told me the yearbook had been sent to Parkway High School, but my receipt plainly shows that I paid to have the yearbook sent to my home address

This is the second report I am filing concerning the unprofessionalism of this vendor I was promised a full refund on merchandise that I returned twice by Balfour I was promised this on Friday, June 24th, that Customer Service had completed paperwork and I would receive full reimbursement by hours I called company on Wednesday, June 29, because there was no reimbursement in my banking account only to be told that company is processing paperwork on the day of my call I am tired of getting the run around concerning my money, they had no business sending ring back to me after I sent it the first time, and customer service lied to me about processing paperwork so I could get reimbursement in a timely manner This was supposed to have been my graduation ring to help me commemorate a festive occasion and they dropped the ball not once or twice, but three times I want my money now
