Ms. [redacted] called in to ask for a reduction in the amount she owed when she was told a reduced amount was not available she became abusive and we told her we could not help her. ...
She called back and spoke with a manager and again she was told no settlement was available. After that she called back in excess of fifteen times that day. Her account is now paid in full.
