First Statement is incorrect I actually had to contact Valentine One (First Lie by the company) Secondly I shouldn't have to pay for shipping There website doesn't included directions if you cant sign for a package This is AdvertisingThirdly I shouldn't haven't to repay for shipping, when there was nothing on there website about if you couldn't sign for a package Lastly they are committing a crime by holding my radar detector and not shipping it backAll I ask for is for my laser radar detector to be shipping back to me, its not hard but I see Valentine's one customer service is so uneducated and unprofessional its not funny

Valentine Research has made the decision to close [redacted] account and no longer do business with him We had already made this decision based on the indications of fraud and the tone and manner of the response from [redacted] confirms that we have made the correct decision Choices have consequences and [redacted] previous actions have resulted in an outcome with which he is not pleased

In a previous response, we included a copy of the page on our web site that explains that a signature is required on delivery We are available by telephone, e-mail and fax to discuss delivery arrangements if one is not available to sign for a package Customers successfully contact us every day regarding shipping.Mr [redacted] was not available to sign for his package He called [redacted] and made separate arrangements with [redacted] instead of contacting Valentine Research If he had contacted Valentine Research, we would have been able to make arrangements for delivery Mr [redacted] should contact [redacted] to ask if there could be a solution such as [redacted] paying the shipping charge to re-ship his package because he had made an arrangement with them for delivery

This is absolutely absurd, please black list and let other consumers know what a complete dirt bag he and his company is to consumers I will advertise on the web about his horrible conduct and try to let others know about this sg He even admits he took my money so how could he say I am fraudulent? *** *** did purchase a Valentine One Radar Detector from our company on June 13, and signed for the delivery June 17, at the business address entered on the order. He states that the salesperson was Mike V.. *** *** placed the order using our web site so he did
not speak with anyone at our company to place the order.A second order was placed on our web site using the same company name as the previous order for a windshield mount on June 25, and shipped on June by USPS. The package was returned to Valentine Research by the USPS marked "unable to forward". It is a sign of possible fraud when a recent order is returned with the message that it can not be forwarded. We called the telephone number given at the time of the order. The person answering the telephone said that *** *** did not work there. This is another indication of fraud. *** *** later called our company and first said that he did not place the order and then changed his story to say that his girlfriend placed the order.There are too many indications of possible fraud so his account is on fraud hold

We called Mr*** and listened to his concerns. The difficulty was created by the specter of possible fraud and the subsequent conversations were not the correct handling of the situation. Mr*** had a valid complaint and we believe that having the conversation has
resolved it

Mr*** owns a Valentine One that was originally sold to another individual in February, 1999. We transferred ownership to Mr*** in October, when he purchased an accessory for the unit. We were able to transfer ownership because the unit had
a readable serial number and had not been reported stolen.Valentine Research received the unit from Mr*** for repair June 28, 2017. An electronic part was replaced and the unit was recalibrated. Mr*** contacted Valentine Research a short time after he received the unit from repair. He reported additional difficulties. Mr*** sent an e-mail to Valentine Research on July 6. His correspondence was given to the engineers for reply because the unit had recently been repaired. MrN*** was not able to reach Mr*** by telephone so he sent him an e-mail on July 7. MrN*** received a reply from Mr*** on August 21. After conversation about the unit, Mr*** was asked to send the unit to us for further evaluation. Valentine Research received the unit and with extensive testing found that there was an intermittent problem. The circuit board involving radar detection was replaced and the unit was recalibrated. There was no problem found with the laser detection.Valentine Research does not have a Facebook account Mr*** corresponded with MrN*** because MrN*** was given a copy of the e-mail Mr*** sent to the Sales mailbox at Valentine Research.There is a standard $repair charge for out-of-warranty units. Mr*** paid the $charge for the first repair and was not charged for the second repair. Valentine Research does offer and upgrade program for the units. Mr*** was alerted to the possibility for upgrade so he would know that it was available. The upgrade for his unit is an exchange upgrade for $289. He would receive a new unit for sending in his old unit. The reason the upgrade was explained is because his unit is old enough that it does not have updated technology that would alleviate some of the alarms that he is experiencing. The old technology does is not capable of ignoring the signals. We did not want him to believe that the alarms would be remedied by the repair and wanted him to know that there was another solution available to him if he wanted to take advantage of it. a They have the date correct of my purchase and the correct delivery date at my *** Apartment Apparently they don't understand the English language, I said Mike Vwas the person I concluded with in my phone conversation that continued to say I am marked as a fraudulent account and they will not provide me any service for a very expensive item I purchased from them Mike Vis the ultimate responsibility and I did speak with him to no avail to correct the situation They continue to indicate I don't exist even though they confirm they got my money and delivered the product to my *** address The fact I received the product at my *** address and they were paid in full is evidence I am not a fraudulent account and the fact I am contacting you to further emphasize this fact should be clear to this business this It is not acceptable to take over $for a product and then not provide me service for the item.b I don't know why the post office said the second package was unable to forward, since I was and still am at this address To mark my account as fraudulent as a result of some postal error after I called and talked to several of his employees and him itself does not make sense I have nothing to do with the postal office and why they didn't deliver the package It had nothing to do with me or under my control c They indicate the person answering my phone number said I don't work there HIs employee probably they dialed my number wrong and got someone else is why this occurred They never spoke to me and they did not know who they talked to confirm it was my cell phone number I am sure they did not call me since I have possession of my cell phone and would have seen a message if my number had been called This is not an indication of Fraud, but an indication of an employee not dialing my number correctly This shows the action of an inept employee is all and not fraud dThe statement about my girlfriend placing the order is an absolute lie on their part This is the action of his employee trying to cover up their mistake of calling for calling the wrong customer cell phone number As you see from the explanations above and I spoke with Mike Valentine the head of this company, the actions of this business is not acceptable for a product a consumer has paid for over $Marking my account as fraudulent and not providing me customer support based on an error from the post office, and the poor performance of his employees and statements is not acceptable business practice This device requires software updates and I paid in full for the product If Mike Vis not going to stand by his product for a customer who paid in full, then his company should be required to refund the full amount paid My phone number is valid, my address is valid, my payment in full on my credit card is valid and in his bank account, and even with this message through you proves this without any doubt.I request a full refund or for you to take action for a disreputable business that takes a consumer's money and then does such a dishonest action.

Both purchases, the Valentine One and the separate windshield mount order were made in June *** *** did not contact Valentine Research again until March We do have a thirty-day money-back guarantee June to March is well past the thirty-day time frame.We have marked *** *** account as fraud and will not do business with him in the future

The *** One has been returned to Mr*** He signed for the delivery on January at a UPS Access Point that requires a photo ID for pick up.Mr*** issued a complaint in Connecticut Superior Court Small Claims *** Research determined that it was not worth the time to
answer this action *** Research returned Mr*** *** One to him.The previous sale and credit card issue is not resolved If it is resolved at some time in the future, we will reactivate Mr*** account

As you can tell from talking with the Revdex.com I am real and exist and deny what this company is saying about me This is obviously a disruptable business and buyers should be ware that Mike Vwho actions are very low class and his disreputable company openly steals your money and does not accept the responsibility of the clowns working for him that made the mistakes on your account without you even knowing about it for a year I never ordered the item they cited, nor did they ever contact me on the phone about this issue I only found out his mns made this mistake on my account and they subsequently marked me as fraudulent and will not return the money or support a product that does not work as advertised by conveniently saying I don't exist and I a fraudulent to keep my money Please share my story and comments to anyone who wants to know about MrVand his poor quality product and employees so they don't make the same mistake I did and find out his unprofessional business conducts themselves if possible Hi product is totally useless and does not perform as advertised and a total waste that he puts up on the web with fabricated lies No one should be doing business with such a horrible person masking as a company that does not support their product and finds ways to take advantage of the customer

Mr. [redacted] did place an order for a Valentine One accessory on June 27.  He is correct that as part of our fraud control, we do not send automatically tracking information.Another part of our fraud control is that we do not sell items for units that have been reported stolen.The serial number...
