I've attempted to contact the business multiple instances but I'm unable to reach them. Review: I sent back $130.00 of unopened product, after being sent the wrong product. My transaction # shows the product has arrived. It's been over 1 month, and I have not been refunded. The company refuses to respond to any of my e-mails or phone calls kindly asking about the situation, even after warning that I would seek further action.Desired Settlement: I have returned the unopened products. Please refund my money.

Company collected payment May [redacted] but has not shipped after 5 days with what was supposed to be 2 day priority shipping. Multiple emails are going unanswered as are attempts to reach the company by phone.Desired Settlement: Immediate delivery of order. Review: My order continues to just say processing after a week. I have tried to contact the company by email and phone several times and get no response. I never received a receipt through email either.Desired Settlement: I would like my items shipped ASAP or for my order to be cancelled so I can be sure that my card is not charged.

Shipping time frame was not as indicated. Packaging was falling apart when I recieved it. I believe if I had not filed a complaint with Revdex.com I would have not received my items.

Review: The company fails to communicate with me after I requested an order return with a full refund. The product I ordered arrived more than a week late. On the company's website they guarantee returns within 30 days. They did not answer my calls nor my e-mails.Desired Settlement: I just want to receive a full refund of $46.84.

Review: I ordered from the website on May [redacted], heard nothing for 3 days and called, no answer twice so I left a message. I never received a call back but received an email stating the product was shipped on the [redacted] with a tracking number. The tracking number was checked daily until the [redacted] and it always said only a label was created nothing was actually shipped. I called today the [redacted], and still no answer left another message and emailed again with still no response.Desired Settlement: I want you to refund my money asap.

Review: I ordered 4 bottles of Relora Plex 60 vitamins totalling $122 charged to my credit card; that have not been shipped since I ordered them on 6/**/2013. I had been trying and trying to call and the phone numbers are not working and tried e-mail which does not seem to work either. I did finally get contacted by someone after weeks of trying to reach them. I tried one afternoon and someone called me right back and asked if I just called them. I thought that was a bit odd, but they said their was some confusion with the order but they had expedited the shipping of the vitamins and I would get them any day. I have tried dozens of times to call again and I get a fax and the other number is not working. I tried e-mailing customer service and I have not had a response from that either. That was over a month ago and I still have not received the product that I have paid for already and I cannot speak to anyone to get this resolved.

Review: Several weeks ago (2/**/2015) we ordered 3 containers of Whey Cool Natural Flavor protein powder. They sent to us 3 containers of Chocolate flavored powder instead. We immediately tried to contact them by telephone and by email, but the phone number yielded only a voice message ,where we left a message to call us back, which they still have not done.. Over the last several weeks we have continued to call and leave messages, and we have emailed them many times, including in our email a copy of the shipping order which shows the original order with the correct flavor of protein powder. All we wanted to do was to return the incorrect flavored protein powder and get the correct flavored powder sent out to us. This was a $200.64 order.Desired Settlement: We would like the correct order of 3 containers of Whey Cool Natural Flavor Unsweetened 900gms sent to us, along with a pre-paid return shipping label so we can return the 3 containers of Chocolate flavored powder back to them. If they cannot do that, we would like a refund of the $200.64 they charged to our credit card.

Review: I placed an order on August [redacted], 2014. I received a confirmation email saying that my order was being processed. I checked back two weeks later on their site with my sale still saying pending. I then emailed the customer service to find out when my order would ship. With no response, I tried calling and no one answered so I left a message. After no response, I emailed again saying to cancel my order. Still no response. I have since then called everyday and have only gotten an automated message saying to leave my information and someone will follow up with me. I have called and left a voicemail. I have sent 3 emails. They have not responded. I am concerned that they have credit card information on file. In my last email on 9-**-15, I requested my order be cancelled and my account be closed, and that they contact me to confirm or that I would file a complaint with Revdex.com. Review: I purchased an item from this company back in June of 2013. I received an e-mail stating that the product had been sent, however I never got what I ordered. I sent an e-mail to the customer service that is listed on their web site as well as called the customer service number and left a message. I did not get any response from either the call or e-mail. My credit card was charged or the amount of $35.57 for the product and shipping and was never refunded either.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount that my card was charged since I never received my order.

Review: I have a pet that is in kidney failure and the veterinarian prescribed an herbal combination (that is greatly helping). Also, I have emailed them once and tried to contact them be phone at least 6 times. They will not answer phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I wish they would deliver the medicinal herbs to me in a very speedy fashion- overnight- as I now only have 3 tablets left. When I placed the order, and received their conformation email, I had plenty to last me for a normal length delivery. Review: Seller immediately deducted purchase cost from my credit card without shipping product. After order was placed I received an email which indicated that product was shipped when in fact the opposite was true.

Seller does not answer phone calls and does not respond to most emails.

After several emails seller responded and shipped partial order. Although some of the requested items were received, there was no explanation of when the remainder of the order would be shipped. No packing slip or receipt was provided in the package.

Repeated requests for a refund of the value of the unshipped items have been unanswered.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the value of the items which were ordered but not shipped.

Review: Ordered items (order #[redacted] on 01/**/2015. Charged my credit card. Was advised item shipped 2nd day air. Tracking number provided does not work. Still have not received the items.Customer complaint update on 2/*/15:In regards to the above listed complaint, I did receive PART of my order today. I am still missing two items. The two bottles of Iron-C vitamins were NOT received. Those two items totaled $23.52. In all fairness, it is possible that the shipper did send everything, but the package was torn open so it is possible those two items were lost in transit. If that is the case, it would not be the shipper's fault, but I don't know how to resolve the outstanding issue. Perhaps this complaint could have been avoided if the shipper simply returned my calls or e-mails. Perhaps they can advise me as to how I am to obtain the remaining items that I have already paid for?Desired Settlement: I would be happy either with the product I ordered, or a complete refund.
