Review: I have a pet that is in kidney failure and the veterinarian prescribed an herbal combination (that is greatly helping). Also, I have emailed them once and tried to contact them be phone at least 6 times. They will not answer phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I wish they would deliver the medicinal herbs to me in a very speedy fashion- overnight- as I now only have 3 tablets left. When I placed the order, and received their conformation email, I had plenty to last me for a normal length delivery. It would be nice to receive some sort of timely communication from them as to what's going on with my order.

Review: I ordered anti acid supplements worth of ~$194 on Oct **. I need these. My irssr has been in a processing status for 3 weeks. During that time I emailed customer service 3-4 times and left voicemail more than 10 times and I never got a response. They have my credit card info,

Are not responding and I can't cancel the order. In the mean time I need these for my health and I have not ordered any at another place because I am afraid I will be charged twice and I can't afford it. They should call me ASAP.Desired Settlement: Please call me to give me a status update and deliver my order. Or at least give me an opportunity to cancel it so that I can order from somewhere else. This is a shame and sic businesses who ignore customers should disappear or get an F on Revdex.com.

Review: I ORDERED A BOTTLE OF BORAGE SEED OIL CAPSULES(ORDER #[redacted])ON 9/**/14. I WAS IMMEDIATELY CHARGED FOR THE ORDER. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES TWICE, I HAVE EMAILED TWICE. I ORDERED FROM THEM THE SAME EXACT PRODUCT ON 3/**/14 AND RECEIVED MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY. THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED NOW HAS A DIFFERENT NAME ON IT WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER.Desired Settlement: I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND OF 30.11 CREDITED TO THE ACCOUNT IT WAS WITHDRAWN FROM OR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT.

Review: on August *, 2013 I ordered 2 bottles of Thorne multivitamins online from this company. They charged my credit card $63.24 and have not delivered. I have emailed and called. There is no option to speak to someone, it goes to voice mail. I believe they are a scam.Desired Settlement: I either want the product or a refund on my credit card. I am concerned if they aren't legitimate and they have my credit card information there may be additional fraud by them.

Review: On May [redacted] I placed an order (#[redacted]) to Discount Multivitamins and paid for my order. On June [redacted] I received notification that a [redacted] label was created for my order. Since then nothing has happened with the order. The tracking does not say that it was shipped and I have not received it. I have made multiple attempts to send email messages and call, but have gotten no response. Calls to their number always go to voice mail.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that they cancel my order and refund my $42.09.
