The worse experience ever, plumber came to my house and did his diagnosis on a Wednesday I paid him and called the establishment on Thursday and Friday to check on status of my claim Mundin Plumbing failed to send my information to my insurance company and furthermore they failed to return upwards of 4-voicemails to contact me I will not use this company or recommend it to anyone

We had a main sewer line blockage and a leaking pipe Tom and Rich came out promptly, quickly assessed and located the problem and resolved it They were professional and courteousVery happy with the service

They followed thru on promises and just finished up my job They installed a new exterior water line from the street to my house, and it involved cutting my asphalt driveway as well as going thru my yard, so it was a fairly big job...at least to me The plumbers who came out, Marcus and Mike, were very professional and polite, and were knowledgeable Morgan in the office was always nice and polite and got my driveway fixed in a timely manner I am very pleased

This company was referred to my home by my warranty companyThis company came to my home after there scheduled block time in which I was made aware ofThis service provider at the time inspected the issue with my sump pump and told my mother in law it was missing a valve which caused the malfunction of my pumpI also had a claim that my kitchen sink was not draining properly and I had reported this concern to a customer service repI had explained to her that the home collection drain needed to be snaked and she assured me it would be taken care of on this day which was 1/11/Unfortunately, the missing valve was not covered by the warranty company yet the clogged drain would beI had to pay out of pocket to this company a total of *** deductible for the kitchen drain and an additional *** for the valveThis company however, had to return the next day 1/12/because he did not have the valve, it was late, and he did not bring the proper materials to clean the house drain

Marcus from Mundin came to our house today to look at a clogged sewer lineHe was knowledgeable, friendly and right on timeHe had our drain unclogged in less than minutesI would absolutely call them back the next time we need a plumber

Mundin was sent to my home for a plumbing issue from my home warranty company The technician who came was Marcus and he arrived as schedule with a positive friendly attitude Even having to go in my crawlspace on a very humid day he did so with a smileTook pictures and time to show me exactly what was going on and explain how my plumbing was running thru my home I would definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs

Rich and Randy came to my house to unclog our sewerline They were professional, worked quickly, explained what they did, and gave entirely reasonable recommendations for a more lasting fix I would certainly use Mundin again for any other plumbing needs

I had the worst experience with Mundin PlumbingThey were the plumbing company that *** *** uses for their Sewer line Plan which I purchasedIt took from 1/2/my first call to 3/1/to replace my sewer line It cost us $more than the $the policy coveredThey flat out stopped working right in the middle of the job until we signed a contract and paid them $We have to pay for the repair of the driveway where they dug it upThe communication was terrible-never knowing for sure what time they would be coming to do the work, plus it took 3-phone calls before someone would answer the phoneThey failed to file a permit until I requested a copy of itThe work failed inspectionIt was a horrible experience and never should have taken monthsAlso, I don't think much of the policy eitherI can't even give that company star

We had major plumbing issues and were unable to use the facilities, but the guys at Mundin Plumbing worked hard to solve the issues inside and outside the house Tom, Justin, TJ, Brandon, Christopher & Wesley were all so polite and each of them knew their jobs and did them well One Saturday night they worked until after 9PM The ladies in the office, Sarah and Morgan were also friendly and worked with me to schedule times for the guys to come out when I could leave work to be there It is so nice to be able to have the use of all of the facilities again thanks to their diligence in getting the job done

The company showed up to complete a warranty issue with my main water line to my house They had an excavator to dig up the existing pipe The kid that came had a huge attitude and said that he was the owners son and was in the Navy and like you couldn't really tell him anything The pride of the job was not thereHe was on the equipment and tore up my whole lawn instead of just the area at handHe hit the waste line and damaged it but we were only informed of that only after a state worker came up to our house that was working close by and said he witnessed the plumbers do it and not say anything to usWe approached the Mundin plumbing employee (owner's Son) and he went on the defensive about it like he didn't do anything at allAfter the Job was "finished" as they said only thing he did was take his equipment and backfill the ditch and it was all bumpy not even leveled out or at least racked overHe then proceeded to throw down a few seeds some hay to hide his mess and left

On 2/22/they came to my house to diaga water heater problemThey were working through my warranty company ***They showed up hours late and within minI was told I needed a new water heaterThe next day when I called AHS about my claim I was told the claim was declined due to Mundin Plumbing told them the unit was all apart and a proper diagcould not be done, and I also had electrical problemsThey further more wanted to charge me $***to do the repairsOn 2/22/The Mundin Tech told me the tank was clogged and he could not drain it to replace the heating elements and would need a new water heaterThat was all I was toldI repaired the water heater myself on 2/23/by draining the tank and replacing the heater elementsthis company as caused a problem with my warranty I have and also tried to take advantage of meAnd they will not answer my calls or return my calls

The warranty company covered the water heater itself and basic installationThis did not include the modification required, or the water or disposal of the old hot water heaterThe modification was required as a result of new government regulations that require certain standardsIn order to be up to code properly, the modification was requiredThe parts used were not inferior, but were professional parts purchased from a plumbing supply storeThe work did take longer than half an hour, and part of the reason for the charge was the limited access to move the new hot water heater as it was located in the basementThe modification was explained to the customer ahead of time, and the customer agreed to the charges, and signed an authorization for the chargesThe customer has not called the business to express dissatisfaction with the amount chargedThe business is willing to speak with the customer in more detail about the charges and work with him on the charges, but they have not heard from him directly in order to do so

The service men from Mundin arrived soon after our request for serviceThey were thorough in diagnosing the problemThen after fully explaining the problem, they repaired it perfectlyIn fact, they also found a small leak which we had not noticedIt was unrelated to the problem for which we had calledThey repaired it without chargeWe are enormously pleased with the service from Mundin PlumbingThank you!

Mundin plumbing originally came out from my home warranty company when we called about not having hot water Mundin quickly condemned the water heater and said a new one was replaced We decided to go with a gas hot water heater and had it installed a few weeks later by Mundin Plumbing They left our old hot water heater connected while inspections were needed to get the gas turned on and the existing hot water heater "conveniently" stopped working the same day they installed the new tankless After calling to express my concern and having a wife and kids and no hot water they told me that "the hot water heater must have finally just given out" and that they could replace the elements for $so that we would have hot water through the weekend I decided not to do that as the new hot water heater was supposed to be connected the following week After not having hot water for days I went downstairs to check and make sure that Mundin hadn't turned off the existing hot water heater and sure enough the disconnect on the wall had been turned off If Mundin would have simply returned to my house to check the hot water heater we would have had hot water all weekend long, instead they selfishly tried to get me to spend an additional $that was not needed I would not recommend this company to anyone and would suggest that if a home warranty company decides to send them for a service call to your house that you request a different company to come

Recently bought a home to find out quickly there was a huge sewage problem with roots growing into the pipe Mundin Plumbing came out and did a wonderful job identifying the issue and quickly repairing it The customer service from Wesley, Tom and Rich was beyond superb They were incredibly responsive and took the time to explain in detail our issue Thank you for making us feel a bit better about our home buying experience and for working with the city to take care of our needs!

In contacted my Home Warranty company on 7/8/about a leaking hot water heaterA couple business days later they sent out a contractor, Mundin Plumbing to look at the water heaterAt that time Mundin condemned the water heater and the Home Warranty company authorized a new unitMundin ordered a gallon replacement unit but that was denied by the Home Warranty companyAfter a couple more days the Home Warranty authorized the contractor, Mundin to do the workOriginally Mundin estimated it would cost between $to $for the repairTen days later Mundin called to schedule the installation and showed up on 7/19/to do the workDuring the install the contractor stated that there would be a $piping modification fee and the grand total of the work was $to include a $disposal fee and $water feeThe pipping modifications done my Mundin consisted of them cutting the PVC line for the hot and cold water and installing two flexible hoses, one including a shutoff val

These people were completely unprofessionalThey missed my appointment, and made it seem like it was my faultNo follow up calls after spoke with themPoor communication...do not use their servicesI'll be sure to write this on ***, Revdex.com, and any other online platform I can think of
