Two different men arrived today about 11:am They proceeded to remove and replace the balancer in all four windows that would not remain open I inquired as to whether or not they were putting in heavier "weights" as I was told that was the problem, and one gentleman who had never been here before told me that the weights were not the problem, that they were installing a heavier "balancer" This is the problem with this company You can never get the truth out of them I was told that they would have to put in a whole new system when they came out because they had changed the system since my windows were made a year ago That was not the case as they just removed one balancer system and replaced it with a heavier one, just as the man who was here stated It involved all of taking two screws out and putting the new ones in with the same two screws on each window So, all previous conversations with regard to what was taking so long were totally false
It is really sad that you pay top dollar for windows and are forced to receive such terrible service At this point, my windows finally do work correctly, and I hope they do so for a long long time

I did speak with someone. I had a pleasant conversation and was told someone would be coming to check things out, however I have not been given a date..
