We do have the parts on order from a different manufacturer and are due in on 6-25-**.
We have an appointment set with the customer to do the work on July 3, 20**.

After **. [redacted] production manager spoke with Ms. [redacted] on April 15, 2015, a service technician inspected, assessed and photographed the damage to the gutters, soffit and gutter guards on Thursday, April 23, 2015. **. [redacted] production manager has determined what material needs to be ordered and will schedule a time with Ms. [redacted] to have the damage repaired.

 They did send someone out, but your email is the only thing I have heard in regards to anything being repaired.  I, under**and that they are ordering the product but there has been no communication with me and no date set.  I am **ill being held in limbo and unsure of when and what is going on.

Thank you for your letter.  We are getting in touch with the manufactuer in regards to the warranty on the material.  We expect to hear back from them shortly and will be in touch with the customer at that time.

this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was finally contacted by Ms. [redacted] yesterday afternoon, ( after the 5th voicemail) and she told me that you have 10 business days to refund my money. Which the tenth business day was Sept 4th according to my count, though she says the 11th.  Even with that she then informed me that, the person who deals with these issues is on vacation, so who knows when it will be resolved.  If it is your policy to refund after ten days time has passed no matter when the tenth day was, your time is up.  The Check was written on August 22 2015.

I filed this complaint not only over my payment but also because it took me filing this complaint to get a return phone call. It has been 26 calendar days since the check was given to one of your representatives.  I was told I would receive a response to our application within a week, I still have not gotten a phone call about it.  If the law says 20 business days. today is day 18 since the check was turned over.  As I was informed yesterday, the person who deals with this is on vacation this week,  So as of Friday you are actually breaking the law, not just doling out poor business practices.

the law requries 20 we normally get back around ten this shouldnt even be reconized as a complaint , we will comply with the law always do.

we are installing door on friday and due to inconveniance we are doing addiontial work for them at no cost.

This response is unacceptable since they have been working for almost a year to resolve this issue. Now, my wife and I will have to live the broken window, or pay (again) to have the window fixed[redacted]

Hiding behind a chapter 11 bankruptcy should not void the warranty. They do not offer any solution to fix the faulty door. I'm being left with over $5000 damage.
