Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The vehicle has been taken to Ubersox Platteville and they have been working on the items that needed to be fixed and have also found other items that should of been fixed during the point inspection of the vehicle before the vehicle should of even left the dealershipThis dealership was such in a hurry to make a quick dollar that they were not at all worried about the condition of the vehicle and if it was safe to driveI am very disappointed in this dealership and I will advise everyone that I know of to never purchase a vehicle from the dealership, they have been nothing but rude, the only person that has wanted to help us in this situation is the service manager in Platteville and I think that is quite sadDepending on how the next few weeks go with this vehicle and I am hoping that nothing else goes wrong with the vehicle depends on how else I am going to handle this situationThe last message was a complete lie, stating that because we purchased the vehicle from the Barneveld location that that is where it needed to be fixed at, When the vehicle was going to get worked on the first time the GM was planning on picking up the vehicle at the Barneveld location and take it to Platteville to have the work completed and I think it is quite sad that the dealership could not even get the parts to the Platteville location themselves that they relied on my husband to make sure that the parts got to where they needed to get to, in my books that is quite incompetent and LAZY!!! Regards, [redacted]

We contacted [redacted] and offered a $check to be cut to him for his inconveniences on the truck he purchased Typically a truck of this age (8years) and mileage (120ish thousand) with know safety concerns when it was ran through our shop wouldn't qualify for any type of warranty through our storeAlso, it's not typicval that a customer would believe any type of warranty would come with a vehicle of this age and mileage We explained this to Jason and he wasn't very happy with the conversation Our dealerships position on this matter is firm and we believe more than enough was offered to this customer, given the circumstances of the vehicle and the perameters of the cutomers budget[redacted] FurrerGeneral ManagerUbersox Auto Group

Revdex.com: Yur second location that is closer to where we live is the problem and in a since started all of these problems and we did call twice an talked to different people on 10/1,not even hours after the light came back on, about what was going on with the vehicle and no one would help us, they wanted us to bring the vehicle in in 10/but we were unable to take another day off of work to have the vehicle by taken care of, by time Monday came around to call the dealership back the light have gone off and no it was not a loose gas cap because we could feel the vehicle jerking when the gas peddle was released I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]

We apologize that this vehicle was sold before the customer was able to get hereWe did take a refundable deposit from him which we did return when the vehicle was soldThere was no contract signed, so if we held on to the vehicle, the customer may have come, decided he didn't want it and would have been able to get his refundable deposit backWe have no way of knowing thisIf Mr Weber felt that this was perfect for his business, even though he had not seen it or driven it, we would have needed to have him to sign a contract with him to keep it from being soldWe regret that this was not explained clearerWe informed him immediately when this was sold so he did not make the tripThe day turn around for refund is on a credit card purchaseThe truck is sold and cannot be retrievedThanks for you time in this matter

The sounds of it to me is that this customer does have a means to tow the Jeep However, it's a means that this customer doesn't want to do The salesman on this deal had a very good conversation with this customer yesterday and informed the customer that the items the customer requested are in stock and we fully plan on working with this customer in whatever way is within the parameters of the agreement we made

After checking with our Service manager, I found out that [redacted] partner was in on the 19th and all issues were taken care ofWe have the signed off repair order where we even took care of non-authorized work that was done elsewhere and not at our dealershipHe said that he is very happy with our work and how we have taken care of this issue

Please be advised that we offered this customer a $credit to cover these issuesWhen they choose not to do this, we tried to trade in the vehicle towards a different vehicle but the customer did not want to do thisWe tried several ways to resolve this issue but the customer did not seem to care about any of these

The truck was photographed by our Platteville location, and turned into Chrysler CorporateChrysler agreed to fix the truckWe will are willing to be an an advocate on behalf of the customer (Carmody) in regards to assisting with any and all repairs required to satisfy [redacted] General Sales ManagerUbersox of Iowa County

We have responded to the customer via e-mail like she requested and are waiting for a response back As of right now, our salesman state that they were never approved because of the inequity in the trade and would only be approved with a substantial amount of money down.Thank you,*** [redacted] General ManagerUbersox Auto Group

I've had numerous conversations with this customer about a few different issues Which all of the issues that could be resolved, were resolved He wanted a bill from some oil changes he had done, taken care of (done) There was an outstanding balance owed to the dealership for a rustproofing that was done to his truck The money that he gave to us in the most recent transaction was used to clear that up He wanted a credit for an affiliate discount that was provided to us after the sale (can't be done) Not for sure what else we can do for this customer

After checking into this further into this, we realized that you had missed an appointment of the original date you were to come in and check out the vehicleWe cannot hold a vehicle without a contractThere was no legal consummated deal, therefore we had no way of truly knowing you were coming in to buy this vehicle without seeing itWe knew it was a long trip for you so Kurt made sure to call you immediately when he found out the vehicle was soldIn fact, you told Kurt that you wouldn't be able to make your Wednesday appointment too because something came upOur inventory changes dailyOnce again, we refunded your moneyThat is the best we can do in this situation

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I realize the dealership won't do anything to make up for their wrong doings so at this point, it was just a waste of time and effortThey will never get a dollar of business from me for the way they treated me Regards, [redacted] ***

When the *** arrived at the dealership to get their Colorado checked the original loaner they were expecting was loaned out so we promptly equipped him with a Dodge Grand CaravanMr *** scoffed at the notion of driving a van, The sticker on the van was dated Aug We have
days to comply with the state to update the sticker therefore the van was 100% road legalMrs *** statement that we sent them to Platteville to work on the vehicle is untrueMr*** took it upon himself to take the vehicle to our Platteville dealership. Shayne Englund, the general sales manager at the Barneveld location informed him that if it was not left in Barneveld, we could not fix it because the unit was sold from this facility. Mr*** was very uncooperative and verbally voiced physical threats to staff members of the dealershipWe are still willing to correct any problems should he decide to bring his vehicle to the Barneveld locationSales person Adam Crist followed the next day with phone calls to attempt to get the vehicle in to honor the we owe statement of the items that needed to be attended toThe reason the interest rate is elevated is because of the age and mileage on the vehicle purchasedThis was the lowest rate offered by several lending institutions

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I received a note that Ubersox had satisfied me with regards to my problem. They did procure the parts mentioned but have not installed same. The main problem, towability still remains and will require a different vehicle which they have offered me an additional $to 10000, a cost that I view as excessiveThis note is just to correct information in your file. We are talking and I hope that we can make a comprise Thank you, *** * ***

Regards,
*** *** the information that *** is offering is incorrect he offered $dollars to resolve the issues as apposed to the $he is now statingin addition the mileage on the truck is only 107,at the time of purchase the attached documents will prove that also attached is an additional bill of $from the local dealership in which ***l informed me to take it to and they will take care of the cost this bill has not been paidi also attached a copy of some of the many text messages conversations between myself and *** the sales person alerting him to the issues of the seat and the sunroofThis text was sent prior to paperwork being signed had I not of received confirmation that he would address I would have never signed and sent truck backthis was a fast deal that the dealership was trying to turn around the truck had been received earlier that day and instead of taking the proper time to ensure the truck was free of any concerns or inform me of any concerns they sold the truck anywayafter informing them I had funds to buy the blue truck outright they quickly tried to push the on to metheir finance person Aaron lied to me in order for me to buy a $warranty telling me the bank lowered my apr since I did so found that to be and instructed them to refundas you can see from the estimates the cost of repairs that are still needed is times what they are offering there was no advertisement of the truck with issues posted or what warranties the truck did and di not come with I can only stand on the word of the dealership and the picture and email and text verification that the issues that were quickly discovered and communicated to were to be addressedi have written statements from local dealership that *** became upset when he found out the price of the repairsi had to chase him down and constantly call to even get a response and was told that " it wasnt like I was buying a $50,truck and that he doesnt have to do anything for me" I have tried to contact the owner several times and he has never returned my call so prior to taking to court and media I would like a resolution I believe the fairest thing would be to meet me at least half way on the cost of repairs even though I should not have to come out of pocket at ll I feel that is fairtotal cost is on the low end $2,and half would be $thats what I would request check can even be sent directly to local dealership to perform work

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I understand what happened but for the way they went about it and not caring what so ever, is just wrongThey didn't offer anything to make up for their wrong doingsBottom line is that they lied to meThey said it would be held if I put money downThey didn't say, " You need to put money down AND sign a contract"They claim they have a policy in place stating that what they did is OKIf a check to me for an additional $for all the hassle and time that was wasted, isn't sent for compensation, then we will take this to the next level and handle this in court and will be requesting moreWe will then be requiring to see the policy they claim they have in place to sell a vehicle out from under meThey also claimed it was a cash offerWe will be requiring to see that as wellIf the vehicle was financed, then technically the sale couldn't have happened and we will be filing a law suit for that
Regards,
*** ***

Our Service manager has been in contact with Logan on this situationWe have agreed to inspect the vehicle and take care of any repairs that are needed to this vehicle since this happened so quickly after the sale
