After emailing and calling for months and doing everything they had told me to (from taking pictures of the damages and writing an email to the supervisior along with filing a claims report) to just then get a run a round about why they "do not have time to get back to me" or just completely dodging my calls all together! I had no other choice then to sue them civilly!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
From start to finish I was marveled by the approach and thoroughness of Mitch and his company MX moversThe expertise of this company is what made me decide to go with themMy move was from Maryland to New York City and it was not that big of a moveThe company asked for an inventory and I sent them my list and pictures of my apartmentThey asked for some specific measurements of sometime to make sure that the quote is accurate and I took a picture with my tape measurer attached to the credenzaOther than the little bit of work I had to do to list out the items the whole process seemed streamlinedThey scheduled me in called me twice before the move as well to give me some detailsOn the date of the move they were just precise and caring for my itemsThe whole move took roughly hours which was hours quicker than estimated albeit they priced me by spaceI had a few items less so they credited that space to me and reduced my cost I am moving again locally in five weeks and already plan on contacting them for a moveCall them and see for your selves people

Unloading the truck of course went very smoothly and much quickerThey did an excellent job putting the mirror back on her dresser, coming ready with all the necessary toolsThe group of guys that did our move very very friendly, even joking around with them a bitDefinitely recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again

Used these guys because a different company we booked with screwed us over last minuteI wish I would have called them from the start, but the price was what got usI dealt with Xavier who did his best to accommodate me as best he could provided the short time notice, and he did just thatHe moved my three bedroom apartment for a decent price with no issuesAll of my belongings came in perfect condition and on timeI cannot begin to describe how happy I am with themGood job guys! U get what you pay for, for sure!
This company gave me a low ball moving estimate and then tried to charge me over $more after they had packed the moving truckTheir contract says that under federal regulations, any new estimate must be given before the truck is packed or they are bound by their original estimateWhen I pointed this out, they just kept reading from other parts of the contract that said they could give me a new price when they arrived at the pickupThe also guaranteed me a drop off time because of my building's requirements and missed it by three hoursPart of this was because they were supposed to pick my stuff up on Sunday, the day before they were supposed to delivery my stuff, but on Saturday night at 9pm they told me they couldn't do a Sunday pick up anymore and would pick my stuff up on Monday morningThey were then over an hour late on Monday morningThis move was a hassle from start to finish, and they violated federal regulations cited in their own contractFind a different mover if you want to have a good experience
MX Movers helped my mother move in a very stressful timeIt was a short notice me the, nursing home she was staying would no longer house her and we had to relocate her to my homeXavier the salesmen assured me that he will take care of her and make sure it goes smoothlyThat is exactly what he did Angel and Mike came and picked us up and they were the sweetest gentlemenThere were no extra charges no additional feesI hope you guys consider this company because they were amazingThank you MX Movers!!
