I used MX movers to help my grandmother move from NY to FL when my grandfather passed away. They took amazing care of her belongings and kept in touch with us at all times. Xavier was very reassuring and true to his word. I will be moving next year and for sure will be using them.
I am quite satisfied by this companies efforts. I had to schedule a move from New York to Massachusetts last minute because the moving company my boss hired could not make the date we requested. I do not like to move and the pressure that I had felt that moment was by far more than anything I have ever experienced. I looked up long distance movers and MX came up as a qualified source. I spoke to one of their rep's and they quickly jumped on board and came within an hour.
The whole move was not as bad as the stress. The crew of Rus, David and Sam were really smart about the whole process. I was so impressed and quickly relieved of this burden. The whole job took roughly 14 hours, they charged me based on the list of furniture, the other company that couldn't make it (luckily) wanted to charge on an hourly basis; his would have caused more stress for me. Although Rus and his crew worked very fast the work load obviously was much more than any one anticipated. my cost was constant. To be honest it was serendipitous that the other company canceled, paying hourly probably would have cost me $800 more.
I would highly recommend using this company for any moving needs. I already told all my close friends and family about this move and I am really glad that this all worked out in my favor.
