I am rejecting this response because: Since Filing this complaint you were scheduled to pick up again on 1-21-You once again failed to pick up this itemI received a call from customer service at approximately 10:20am stating that the driver would be there in 1hr 20minYou customer service representative did not even know if this was for a pick up, delivery or bothShe asked which one it was forThe driver called at 12:04pm stating that he would be there in min, driver then called back at 12:26pm stating that he was thereI told the driver that the person I had meeting him was on the way and would be there in minThe driver stated to me that the gate guards were telling him that someone needed to be there now to meet himI told driver to go to the parking lot before the gate and my person would be there in 5min and if he wasn't to call me backMy person meeting for the pick up arrived at 12:30pm well within the min I told your driverYour driver was no where to be foundI tried calling your driver back times and he would not answer the phoneI then called customer service, they called the driver and he answered them and told them that he waited in the parking lot and no one showed up and the gate guards made him leaveWellYour driver is lyingFirst of all my person arrived well within the five min I told him, second there are no gate guards at the parking lotYour driver did not wait the min that you said in your reply to this complaint he was supposed to waitWe are know scheduled for our 6th pick up attempt for this orderThis is absolutely 100% unacceptable Note: All times referenced are in CST Regards, [redacted] ***

I apologize for the frustration you have encountered with your delivery It looks like we were waiting for your sofa to arrive before we scheduled your delivery Your place of purchase does not allow partial deliveries Please reach out to your place of purchase to get a partial delivery approved

Ms [redacted] ,Thank you for purchasing your Samsung refridgerator MXD Group can confirm delivery date many days in advance of your delivery but cannot guarentee delivery window until the day before delivery This should provide you with the ability to schedule the day off to receive the delivery or request it be delivered on your day off Unfortunately, your point of purchase is responsible for advising you of the process for scheduling when you buy items, not MXD Group.While MXD Group is not technically responsible for compensating you regarding this situation, customer service is very important to us and so are our veterans Because we want to ease your frustration, MXD Group will be sending you a release of liability contractually obligating MXD Group to pay you $ It will take 2-weeks to receive the check after you sign the form I will reach out to you to obtain your email address Feel free to see my email below and message me so I can send the form.I trust this will be an amicable resolution to your complaint

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] Thank you very much for forwarding the complaint I have attached three documents that show the men did damage my year old refrigerator I have sent a letter to MrRyan G [redacted] of MXD, MrO [redacted] of 1st Choice Deliveries and MsC [redacted] of Sears Complaint Services

I have sent the requested photos and I am still waiting for something to happen hereIt has been three weeks since I was delivered the incorrect mattress and now I am getting frustratedThis is insaneHonestly, no one cares if this matter is resolved in a timely mannerDoesn't matter to anyone involved because they aren't waiting on anythingI suffer from severe neck pain and I want my mattress already or I will simply buy one locally!

This company is refusing to hold it employees responsible for their actionsThey are doing a lot of covering up from them getting rid of my written a statements to them being dishonest about me calling in reporting the damageNo one wants to be held accountable and I'm just supposed to suck it up and drive onI work hard for the items that I purchase and make sacrifices that some would dare to do in order to live a comfortable life and to have someone just op one in your home and destroy your personal items and show no regards for their actions is just in humanI emailed QVC which was the company I ordered the mattresses through, I have no email traffic because once the email wa received I got a call from the corporate office apologizing for what happened but relinquishing their responsible and placing it solely on e company they contracted to do it which was the company in question listed in the complaintI just want my items repaired to the state it was in before they entered my home and it is unfair that I am being made out to be some type of scam artist because of domes disgruntled, dishonest employees

Helapologize for your experience We strive to provide excellent customer service and support After speaking with the delivery agent, I was told that the drivers were to have come back to your home to do placement and assembly of equipment However, that never happened I am filing a formal complaint against the delivery agent As far as compensation goes, we do not handle money in this office You will need to go back to your place of purchase in order to be refunded the $for services that did not happen Thank you for your feedback so we may rectify the situation
