Reliable, Trustworthy Company! My Best Mover relieved a lot of the burden from my shoulders. The pricing was reasonable for such a long move, and excellent customer service. They were right on schedule and responded to all my questions swiftly. If I have to move again, this is definitely who I'll be using.

Very disappointed in so many aspects of my moving experience with this company! Do not use them. First when I was given my quote ,based on the information I had given them, I was told it would be $7,609 and that the moving company that would be picking up my furniture was "Eden's Moving Company". I looked up Eden's Moving company before I signed and noted they had great ratings so I agreed to sign. I gave them #2561 non-refundable deposit.
My Best Movers always contact you 3 days before scheduled pick up which they did. At that time upon going over contract, they told me that the cost and square feet needed was underestimated and the cost was now $12,000! I said “WHAT”?. I reminded them that nothing on my end had changed and they had all the same information so why am I being charged so much more. They claimed that the cubic square feet was underestimated. “Why is that my fault?” “Well, you signed the contract that everything was accurate”. I argued that figuring the cubic square footage was not my responsibility but their’s”. I refused to pay $12,000. I tried to cancel but because the deposit of $2561 was non-refundable, I chose not to. (Big mistake).
I renegotiated for $8654.53.
The moving company showed up but they were not Eden’s Moving Company as I had been told. The moving company that showed up was Best For You Moving which have a very poor rating. I called My Best Mover and asked why Best For You Moving showed up and not Eden’s Moving Co and was told they don’t even use Eden’s! So basically I was lied to.
Of course, it gets worse from there! Best For You Moving Company ended up charging me an additional $1,689.50 ($950 for wrapping furniture, $600 for “heavy items”, 139.50 for ^ in gas). Although the contract states there is no extra charge for “Wrapping of all furniture with quilted moving blankets; No charge for packing tape and moving pads”, they do charge for “bubble wrap”. Of course, they claimed mosts furniture needed “bubble wrap hence the $950 extra cost.
Also, after renegotiating contract, I was told that most of my belongings would fit in the estimated 1465 cf. Another miscalculation, as only approximately 1/2 to 2/3 of my belongings fit in said cubic square feet estimate. Hence, I had to rent a UHaul and take remainder of belongings.
I was also told that my furniture would be taken directly to my destination which I had asked specifically. However, my furniture was taken to some warehouse, unloaded and stored for over a month.
In total I ended up paying $10, 946.15.

These guys rock! I rarely submit reviews, but Johan took maybe 15 minutes to respond to my call; super communicative and gave me an exact quote. I will insist on Johan for your move: conscientious, careful, adept - totally professional.

They delivered everything as promised. I was called an hour earlier before the scheduled move-in time, and everything was done and finished before the 3-hour minimum. I would recommend My Best Mover to anything, and I will use them again for my next move.

I moved with My Best Mover last week from TX to CA. They were fast, friendly and very conscious of our items when moving them to our new place. They are much better than the other movers. They arrived at the exact time they were quoted to me. I would hire My Best Mover again in the future.

They made sure all my stuff was secured and were very respectful. They had everything out of the truck and into my new apartment in less than an hour when we got to my new place. On all accounts – My Best Mover is one of the very best in the area (MI) full of many other moving companies. Do yourself a big favor and call David at My Best Mover first! They were able to confirm our move schedule with the concise notice on our part.

They arrived right on time on the move day and parked where we were allowed to have the moving truck. It was such a comfort to have a moving day go smoothly -- even though it rained all day. We were always kept aware of what was going on, and the movers asked questions when they weren't sure what needed to go where in the new place. I didn't have time to pack up the garage, but they took almost everything and put our stuff in boxes when extras were lying around. All in all, I hope not to move again for a long time, but I know that I will call up David when the next time comes.

Excellent communication and made it easy every step of the way. I had three movers, and they finished a one-bedroom and piano in four hours which was fantastic. Contact with their head office was clear mainly because I was away from the entire move. I’d recommend My Best Mover. They are competitively priced also.

My Best Mover did a great job moving stuff out of my storage unit to my house in TX. They were punctual, quick, efficient, friendly, took great care and attention in handling fragile and breakable items. Plus, they stacked boxes neatly in my garage. Awesome!
