They sent a technician out to my home to fix the "blue screen of death" which I was experiencing on my desktop computer After a few hours, he gave up No help whatsoever for $

This company has no technicians We are 3rd Party contracted and treated like sm I have been working on a call from them for weeks now with no resolution and requested reimbursement for my time I was basically told too bad There was no professionalism from Angel and the way he spoke to me would get his company pulled from any contract He is rude and vulgar and very pushy as are most employees of this company They don't return calls or inquiries from anybody until they want to if at all I have been robbed for my time and my expertise as well as put a tarnish on the Tech World and how we react to Service Buyers DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ON ANY LEVEL!

I sincerely apologize for the experience you had with My Computer Works. We go to great lengths to prevent these things from happening and ensure a positive customer experience for everyone. Alas, we're not perfect, and we definitely dropped the ball on this one. I know that you
spoke with Patricia, my Customer Service Manager, on 10/24, and she refunded nearly $200. Do you feel like $is adequate reparations? And do you feel satisfied with the resolution?Please feel free to contact me directly:

Mr. [redacted] used our services a number of times and never gave negative feedback. He sent an email to customer support requesting cancellation of his subscription on November 10th, 2017. On November 10th one of our customer service agents cancelled and refunded his account for his most recent charge. I...

It is never in our policy to not listen to the concerns of our customers and work with every situation. Our customer service has been impeccable over the last ten years because we serve our members with superior service that benefits their needs. We do not gain success on unhappy customers and it is...

not within our values to do so. Unfortunately in a company, some representatives might not be aware of certain policies and procedures as much as we would like them to. We can train them accordingly, however some mistakes can be made. We will always tend to those mistakes honestly and diligently, therefore the full refund of the unused months will be given, and has always been given. The representative had been misinformed, and that matter was addressed in this regard. There has never been a time that MCW will not work with our customers on a fair refund. We apologize for this misunderstanding and our billing coordinator [redacted] will be contacting [redacted] this morning to resolve this issue and a check will be sent for the remainder of the refund owed.

I've been using My Computer Works for over a year now and am very pleased so far. When you call their main number you actually talk to a real person. The tech. people have always been very helpful and pleasant. They take their time with you if need be and you can schedule a time for them to help. Of course you have to pay, because nothing's free. I find it very comforting to know help is a phone call or an e-mail away. It's worth they money.

Having recently returned from living in Europe and Africa for over 40 years, I was totally inexperienced although I had a Toshiba for EMail. I got stuck, went through the yellow pages, didn't have a car because of severe disability, discovered My Computer Works and have had nothing but excellent, practical tech support and encouragement ever since. They go way betond just providing a service of technical support, and will soon be designing my central American website. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Do NOT use MCW, they are the biggest rip off. Tech came after being an hour late, no call. Never knew what he was doing, couldn't fix, kept doing the same thing to take up time, logging off & logging on constantly to take up time. Was charged for the 40 minutes longer he stayed $140!!! Took it to [redacted], done in a few minutes....What more can one say but MCW is a scam!!!

We are always continually striving to maintain the highest priority in customer service. Unfortunately there are moments that an employee might not represent our company's ethics and values, and this is a matter we address immediately. Had this been brought to our attention (management) prior to...

filing a complaint, I can guarantee we would have met the needs of the customer and this would have been completely refunded. The employee in question has been addressed and will be expressly observed during a probationary period to ensure this type of customer handling will never occur again. We have called the customer several times today without actually being able to make contact, so an email has been sent out to call us back. The refund will be given and our best technician will also work with her to figure out the issues that are still occurring. We would never want ANY of our customers to have a less than COMPLETELY satisfied experience with our company as we LOVE to help people love their technology. Our sincerest apologies go out to Kristin and we would like to work with her in any way we can to resolve all withstanding issues. Once again, it is absolutely NOT our policy to deny a customer a refund for services. We would rather them be satisfied and eat any and all costs for the sake of their trust and loyalty. This employee was not in any way reflecting our policy and has been dealt with.
