I have used this service for several years, always had the most pleasant, knowledgeable techs who have kept my computer in tip top shape. The customer care and billing staff are the best. My experience has been superior.

I am a Realtor in Scottsdale, AZ. [redacted] solved my PDF and Java issues quickly and professionally, saving me and my client's transaction. It is so great to have the peace of mind knowing My Computer Works is in my corner!

I called in the early afternoon and was told a tech could fix my computer that day. An appointment was made for 4:00. At 4:15 I was called saying they could not come our that day I would have to wait until tomorrow. If I wanted next day service I had a lot of other choices at a much lower price and I would not have wasted my day. They will charge you if you cancel an appointment but they do not give their customers they same consideration. I think they were dishonest with their promise for same day service.

I've been using My Computer Works for over a year now and am very pleased so far. When you call their main number you actually talk to a real person. The tech. people have always been very helpful and pleasant. They take their time with you if need be and you can schedule a time for them to help. Of course you have to pay, because nothing's free. I find it very comforting to know help is a phone call or an e-mail away. It's worth they money.

I have used My Computer Works for years and they have saved by butt many, many times.

Every person has been professional and seemed committed to helping me.

I contacted My Computer Works for service on my laptop computer,a tech was finally sent out after one did not show up on the first scheduled day. The tech fixed my computer but added 1 &1/2 hours to the time he was there. The company will only refund a part of the money.The tech did not fill out his time card while he was here and the rep said it was my fault for not having him do it in front of me. I thought the tech would be honest but apparently not. I will never do business with this company again and will advise anyone who asks not to do business with them.The date of service was 10/21/2013.

Having recently returned from living in Europe and Africa for over 40 years, I was totally inexperienced although I had a Toshiba for EMail. I got stuck, went through the yellow pages, didn't have a car because of severe disability, discovered My Computer Works and have had nothing but excellent, practical tech support and encouragement ever since. They go way betond just providing a service of technical support, and will soon be designing my central American website. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Review: I had gone to this company for a technical issue that involved Trojans they charged me $85 for repairs only to mess with my computer start up settings files etc without my permission they also without my knowledge changed my boot up process without my permission and attached programs that ultimately caused my computer to blue screen. I expect a full refund of the $85 due to the fact that the technicians went in and changed major system files without my authorization or knowledge. I did not find any of this out until after I had gone through 2 techs for repairs only to have my system ruined by this company. I expect and demand a full refund if not I will be filing charges for damages against the company.Desired Settlement: I expect said refund sent to me by end of business today or the latest Friday. I will not take no for an answer on this.

We are always continually striving to maintain the highest priority in customer service. Unfortunately there are moments that an employee might not represent our company's ethics and values, and this is a matter we address immediately. Had this been brought to our attention (management) prior to filing a complaint, I can guarantee we would have met the needs of the customer and this would have been completely refunded. The employee in question has been addressed and will be expressly observed during a probationary period to ensure this type of customer handling will never occur again. We have called the customer several times today without actually being able to make contact, so an email has been sent out to call us back. The refund will be given and our best technician will also work with her to figure out the issues that are still occurring. We would never want ANY of our customers to have a less than COMPLETELY satisfied experience with our company as we LOVE to help people love their technology. Our sincerest apologies go out to Kristin and we would like to work with her in any way we can to resolve all withstanding issues. Once again, it is absolutely NOT our policy to deny a customer a refund for services. We would rather them be satisfied and eat any and all costs for the sake of their trust and loyalty. This employee was not in any way reflecting our policy and has been dealt with.

I have used MCW services five times in the last four years, and have been very pleased with the results every time. It is true that getting bumped down the list by "elite" subscribers can be annoying, but I have always had my problems solved within 48 hours. Once it was less than an hour from call to fix! A few months ago, my computer was in really bad shape. MCW got it running, but we both new it wasn't going to last long. The tech even helped me decide on a new computer, and when I got it, they helped me get it set up, and gave me a primer on using he awkward Windows 8.

Review: I called this company about a Computer repair because I had called [redacted] and they said they could take care of. They sent a technician out here and he was here for an hour and a half and told me "we can't fix it you need to upgrade to Windows 7. Now they are going to bill me for $119 an hour for doing nothing! I am really disappointed in this company and certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.. I think they should wave the charge because they did nothing!

Do NOT use MCW, they are the biggest rip off. Tech came after being an hour late, no call. Never knew what he was doing, couldn't fix, kept doing the same thing to take up time, logging off & logging on constantly to take up time. Was charged for the 40 minutes longer he stayed $140!!! Took it to [redacted], done in a few minutes....What more can one say but MCW is a scam!!!

Don't know about the complaints you recieved but your grade on this company is unfortunate. This co. has been voted the #1 service industry in it's home state of AZ every year since the day they opened there door for 6 yrs straight. The help with practically all manner of computer/printer/cell phone compatabilty problems and even help with many, many common software question. These guys are what the free enterprise system is all about. Where there has been a crying need for computer help, they have supplied that demand. This company probably service way over 45 people an hour, with fantastic, supperlative services of sooooo many different sorts ... 45 total complaints are a drop in the bucket compared to the unmatched service they provide to soooo many of the rest of us.
