Terrible!
Went to My Eye Doctor at the Park Lane address in New Milford, CT. If I could give this business a negative star rating I would. We bought two pair of glasses one for my son and another for my husband. Not three days after my son received his glasses, while cleaning the lenses, the lens fell out. We took them back and found out that the lens has been improperly fitted for the frames. We dropped off his new frames and waited more than three week for the problem to be remedied. Next, my husband, who bought a pair of Rayban frames, had the little nose piece fall off within two weeks of purchasing them. He was told that they couldn't repair them at the office and that a new nose piece would have to be ordered. We were told that it would take a week to get the new piece. It has now been over four weeks and still no replacement piece has been delivered. My husband's prescription has changed and now has to wear his old glasses. We contacted the manager for the office and were told that his glasses were out of warranty after not even a few weeks. I would NEVER use this outfit again.

they have the rudest female doctor I have ever dealt with in waycross ga. She has been nasty to 3 in my family not manners at all. Talks sharp to kids and adults like we owe her something. She needs a degree in manners. we will never see her again and are looking for a nice eye doctor. male or female.

Understandably, I can not control the shipping and delivery time frame. Usually, it takes 1-3 days for the order to be delivered to our office. I provided standard practice of care, the fee charged for CL fitting covers my time and expertise, and the trials were in the office, available for pick up 1 week after the exam. you rip people off and you know it.

My Eye Doctor exam was totally incorrect and I am blinded and can't see anything with the glasses on...The doctor at the My Eye Doctor located on 17th and I Street NW in Washington DC, is about the worse. The My Eye Doctor at 17th and I Street location is the worse, he didn't do a full comprehensive exam to where I could see small print and didn't check the prescription once the glasses where made. And they don't give refunds which is my right, after being charge $800 dollars for nothing, because I can't see it anyway!...I will be contacting the corporate office of My Eye Doctor and will note patronize their business again

Just posted review, it's my error I didn't notice to change the star rating to one star. Since I can't see properly thanks to the exam and new glasses this should be first hand proof. GO elsewhere!

Went to my eye doctor location in Fayettteville, NC. Have worn glasses for last 30 years and understand what good eye exam/glasses do. I am now in a unhappy situation between the exam and actual prescription (filled elsewhere). A combined $770.00 for exam and BOGO glasses which are useless. Never had such poor results prior to this. Clarity changes by distance, blurred vision, shadows on lettering depending on what I read, papers, monitor. Bottom of page shadow above/top of page shadow below. Can't read standard corner street sign stopped at red light, other issues. Everyone is helpful and polite but I go to the doctor they point at the other guys, go to the other guys and they point to the doctor. Everyone has done things all correctly. No fault anywhere. Put on my OLD PRESCRIPTION (7y/o+) and the problems go away. Would never use either one again. Worst waste of money in my life. Since last December and still unresolved.

Review: I went to MyEyeDoctor because they are marketed as a similar business as companies like [redacted] or [redacted]. All glasses were almost 150 to 200% more than the market value. Not only was the saleperson lying to me but also trying to haggle with me on price for the glasess, lenses, and premiums. Because of this experience I ordered my second pair of eyeglasses from an online retailer with set prices that are reasonable.Desired Settlement: Stop lying to customers! Stop trying to charge so much for a pair of glasses that anyone could have gotten online for a reasonable price. Its because of business like you, that more people are shopping online!
