This company offers to pay you 10% of your grocery purchases every month up to a certain amount For this, they charge a monthly fee based on the level you join at They do not pay this monthly cash back They have paid a few people but I and many others have not or ever been paid for months on end (or months in my case) So I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund of my monthly charges They just keep telling me it is in accounting via email and will not respond further In reality this is really just a Ponzi scheme

To date, My Freedom Grocer (MFG) has failed to reply to my emails in a timely fashion. And, more importantly, they have failed to send cash back checks on the schedule that they have published and have communicated to me and others who have subscribed to their service. It is not just me, it's a lot of others.
This mlm company offers to pay you 10% of your grocery purchases every month up to a certain amount ($100)For this, they charge a monthly fee based on the level you join at (my case $46.99/mo)They are not paying the cash back per their own agreement and per terms of their ONLY productThis has happened on multiple occasions in my caseSo I cancelled my subscription and asked for a FULL refund of ALL my monthly charges that were billed ($328.93)I have communicated via email with cust ser and Jeanette Lopez-Shur, Director of Customer ServiceI was told they were experiencing "unprecedented growth"....I suspect highly since I have ran an MLM before, that is not exactly the case...there are other factors where they cannot make the payouts owed
I also have simply asked for a full accounting of my account of what has been paid and what is owed me in cash backThey will not even produce this simple request

Mr*** has already received a refund via Chargeback through his bankPer our policy, when a Chargeback is issued back to the company, the Affiliate (in this case also a Subscriber) are terminated in our database with no future charges to the closed account. I signed up with Myfreedomgrocer in January I was told I would receive 10% cash back on my grocery, gas, and restaurant purchasesI was to receive my first check days after the end of the month the first month or March firstI have yet to receive any checks and contacted myfreedomgrocerThey gave me a vary unclear response of why I hadn't received paymentI waited unit Friday, April 21st to see if I would receive a checkAt that time I requested a full refundOn April 25th I got a response where I was told "Unfortunately, we in support cannot promise you when you will receive your refund." I told them I would report them to the Revdex.com and to my credit card company as fraudThat is where we are at
Subscribed to MFG from November 2016-February 2017, qualified for rewards each month and never received any cash backThere were no issues deducting the monthly subscription fee from account each month, and I have not heard anything about why I have not received cash back for those monthsTwice they told me to allow 4-business days for investigation, both times they didn't respond to either request I canceled right away, they do no pay out as they advertise Countless other subscribers experienced the same thing, several of them are my friends and they DID NOT receive their cash back rewards From what I thought was a great service, ended up in joining a scam

I have known the owner Eugene Louviers for about 7-years.I asked him if he could build two dressers for my daughters and paid him to do so.He sent me a text a couple of days later saying that he picked up materials and was going to start building that evening.I text back and forth with him several times about the status of the dressers and he eventually quit answering my calls,wouldn't return my messages and after I went by his residence,I was told by his neighbor that he had moved out.I have not received my dressers or money back
