This customer requested an immediate refund we went ahead and processed that and sent the customer an apology email for the delay.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am thankful for all that the Revdex.com did, otherwise I believe this matter would not have be resolved.Their customer service is unsatisfactory, they do not reply and ignore request.I ordered the necklaces December 8, 2016 & thanks to Revdex.com I received them March 22, 2017.I purchased them for my son for Christmas.  I thought maybe I would get a response and possibly be able to give it to him on his birthday Feb 22, 2017 & nothing. I mentioned to this company twice that I was going to have to turn this matter over to Revdex.com.  Still no response.  But, as soon as Revdex.com got involved it was over, finally.  Thank you again Revdex.com I honestly know that I would be in the dark wondering if I was ever going to get what I paid for if it wasn't for your involvement.
