Review: 1. An order go through without authorization. I purchased a [redacted] Voucher and go to www.mymms.com to place an order. I follow the instruction and tried to find where I can enter the gift certificate. On first check out screen shows "You can enter gift certificate at the end of the checkout", I went through [redacted] and back to this site, but I did not see where I can enter the gift certificate code, so I click [Back] button, but this goes to Expired site screen. PLEASE NOTE, I did not click [Submit] button. --> FIRST COMPLAINT, this should never go through since I did not click the final [Submit]

2. Since when I click [Back] button, everything was lost, I just enter all the information again and carefully looking for where to enter the [redacted] gift certificate code, I still did not find it, I again go to [redacted] and back to merchant site, I follow the steps until final step on [Submit], but I still did not find where I could enter gift certificate, but this time, order did go through. I right away call them and email them to address my problem. I did ask them this order should be either cancelled or apply my [redacted] gift certificate code [redacted]. I also call customer service 1-[redacted] , after waiting for 30 minutes, they told me I should call anther number 1-[redacted]. The number was busy until later I called (I tried every 30 minutes) it's off-business hours.Desired Settlement: They have to cancel the 1st order which I never [Submit].

They should either cancel the 2nd order or apply my gift certificate [redacted] voucher code [redacted] and adjust the price.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They actually called me early morning and resolve both my issues, thanks to you. You are wonderful, so glad to have you around.
