I am rejecting this response because: As I wrote earlier; it's not only about being dissatisfied with the item; the item was misrepresented on TV and defective, of bad quality. When a seller misleads a customer, it's to the seller to bear the cost of the return.

I am rejecting this response because: I have been trying to return for refund the pillows I purchased for My Pillow since the first week in December 2016.  I simply have not faith in their "60 day guarantee" based on current performance.  If I were agree before receiving my refund, the Revdex.com would consider the matte closed.  I am waiting to My Pillow to back up their words with action. David A. The pillows sold in retail stores are our Classic...

pillows. The Classic pillows only come in 2 levels of support and do not have a 2" gusset. The Premium pillow has 4 levels of support and has a 2" gusset. The Premium pillow is not sold in any retail stores.  The he original price for 1 Premium standard/queen pillow is $99.97. With a promo code, you can receive 2 Premium standard/queen pillows for $99.97.

You never entered a promo code on your order, we never offered free shipping. A refund of $151.16 was processed today.  Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to show in your account.

The order was for two pillows. I believe they incorrectly entered my order. Because they say that I was advised of what was ordered does not excuse the fact that they entered the order incorrectly.
I simply want MyPillow to send the correct pillows and provide me with the tools to return the pillow cases.

This is hard to believe. You have the tracking information, not me.Your job is CUSTOMER SERVICE, not ignore the customer. Ask Yourself, if you are a "Real Christian' if this is the correct behavior, would your parents view this in the same way. What would Jesus do?My husband is a student, and he says Jesus says we all must do what is morally correct.I ordered, I paid, purchased elsewhere, reject the shipment over a month ago, and respectfully request a full refund.

I was not told this. The owner clearly states this is the best pillow ever. He actually guraentees this. IT IS NOT!!!!  I noitced there are several law suites against my pillow. So, NOW I SEE WHY ON THE Revdex.com WHY YOU GET AN F!Please send me a prepaid return shipping label ASAP!!!

I am rejecting this response because: I've been waiting for them to return an email regarding questions asked....they give you copy and paste answers and the phone number is a joke....I've tried that phone number since Nov....

30th. This company is a disgrace to every small business out there. I really hope they are shut down. Thank you  for all your help in this matter.  I know your department has a lot of bigger issues to deal wih!

GoAnywhere pillows which measure 12"X18".  We offered Mr. [redacted] an exchange, but there would be an up charge to purchase the standard/queen pillows.  On a exchange, we cover shipping both ways. Mr. [redacted] declined to do an exchange and pay the up charge.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do offer a prepaid label to be deducted from your refund for $9.98, if you wish to use it.
