I am now awaiting a response as to whether I get the new pillow first, which I hope so since I only have one pillow, or have to return it. I have also received a shipping label. The pillow had black hair on it and the cotton had pill balls all over itDon't care what you said, you didn't mention the hair on it and the fabric looked washed

of the fact they didn't honor their guarantee and risk free Also because return shipping for each pillow is $Why can't I choose how it's shipped since you are forcing me to pay return shipping after your guarantee is worth crap and this isn't risk free Pay return shipping or remove your "risk free" and "the best pillow you will ever have..." from your ads and website and state return shipping is double what it really is and that you are running a scam

The customer placed her order on 9/30/The customer chose 10-business day delivery. The package was delivered on 10/11/16, on business day 7. The customer refused the package on 10/12/16. Once we receive the package back, the customer will be refunded, less shipping costs
