John W. was very professional. Explain his recommendation very well. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Performed the maintenance job without any problems.

Review: We receive a call several times a week from customers of My Plumber who call us saying that our phone number is on their billing statement as the point of contact. I've tried to contact the company several times about the issue and cannot get a call back on the matter.Desired Settlement: Remove our phone number from all your billing statements, credit transactions, materials, etc. so that your customers do not call us with questions in the future.

Review: On or about February 19, 2014, a certified letter was sent to said company canceling my contract with them. After looking at my bank statement around March 15, 2014, I noticed I was still charged the monthly fee by said company. On March 18, 2014, I called said company and spoke with [redacted]. After stating my issue, she first said that "they never received certified letter" and then after I told her who signed for it, she said, "oh, that's ...". After that she stated my account would be cancelled and a credit issued immediately. On March 20, 2014, at 11:15 est, I spoke with ([redacted]), who says she is in accounting and explain my issue again. She also is saying my letter was never received, but will speak with [redacted] to clear things up and as soon as things are approved by a Credit Manager, the credit will be issued to my account. Now, mind you, when I had the plumbing work done at my residence, they had no problem charging over $1,300 immediately (which I have since learned was a major rip-off), so seriously, why can't they credit $20.00? March 27, 2014, an email was sent, requesting my account be credited for the March fee. As of today, there is still no response, and my account will be charged again on April 4th. I will NEVER do business with this company again and will shout it to the rafters of my horrible experience with them!!!Desired Settlement: I do not wish to speak with them. A letter apologizing for THEIR MISTAKE and indicating my account has been adjusted and no future charges will occur.

My experience with this company was good throughout. The women that answered and scheduled the service were friendly and responsive. Mark K. arrived within the time window, got right to work, explained the problem and gave detailed choices with his recommendations. He was efficient, friendly and polite. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Tommy D. provided excellent service in repairing a toilet in my home. He was courteous and efficient and also gave me accurate advice on other repairs that were needed. Wonderful work!!

I was very pleased with the service I received from John W. with My Plumber Heating & Cooling. He was knowledgeable, competent, courteous and friendly, and had good communication skills.

Supurb and honest service. I recommend My Plumber to everyone for their heating and cooling needs.

Review: I contracted with My Plumber to snake the drain in the basement that drained slowing and was backing up with heavy use (dishwasher and washing machine use). My Plumber uses a flat rate which was $415 paid in advance and included videotaping of the drain to be snaked. After paying, the plumber said he would use the floor drain to clean it out. I suggested using the access under the basement sink since other plumbers had been unsuccessful in cleaning it out through the floor drain. He said he could do it there. However, he went about 7 feet and "hit mud" and could not go any further and said I had a collapsed pipe. The second plumber with the video used the access under the basement sink and was able to proceed down the whole drain (no collapse) but said snaking would not be effective and that it needed a $1700 jet cleaning. I thought about it and decided I had paid for the drain to be snaked, so I wanted the initial contract completed. So I called a couple of days later and asked to have the drain snaked (since the camera went through) and since I had already paid for that service. After several phone calls, My Plumber manager agreed and a new plumber came and was again trying to use the floor drain. I suggested using the sink AGAIN and he said he "knew what the other plumber had done", was going to use a different snake so I assumed he had a new way of going through. He again could not snake through the floor drain and when I again pushed for using the way the camera went, he said he could but it would be an additional charge. He said the contract was for the "floor drain" and not the basement sink. For reference, these two accesses are less that six feet apart. Bottom line, I still do not have the line that I contracted for snaked even though their video camera shows it can be snaked. He also stayed used my shopvac (with permission) but did not clean it out and took everything out under the sink (even though he was not going to use it??) so I had to clean this all up.Desired Settlement: I want a partial refund since I think they could have finished snaking the drain. I only want a partial since I do feel that the video taping provided a service to me so I do not want a refund of it. Their website says they do this for $99 (special price). I would like a refund of $300 so I can pay another plumber to complete their service and have the drain snaked properly.

Review: On 4/1/I ordered a priority club membership from my plumber on my homeFor this membership I paid $a month for the year (minmonths) and this pre-covers the cost of my seasonal inspection on my Air Condition Unit and plumbing (separate activities under the contract)I cancelled service with My Plumber on Sept via phone and followed up with written notice, because they failed to perform the services stated in the contractI had reserved an HVAC inspection approx month in advance for Sept on my homeThe company agreed to send a service rep to my house between am and pmI requested priority at 10amAfter finding that no one had shown up for service at 10am, I called the company dispatch whom told me that my service technician was well over hours away conducting a call and had not reported in their current statusI asked for status to be checkedI awaited an hour and called back to find out that the company failed to check statusAt that time it was determined that their service technician would not arrive as scheduledI told them that I lived an hour from my house, myself and it was agreed a month in advance that they would perform their HVAC service (which is under contract) on the 28th of septDue to their failure to provide HVAC inspection or plumbing inspection I cancelled contractHowever, I prepaid for service that was not rendered and was denied without providing an alternate solution.Desired Settlement: I would like that money back The time period I paid for service in advance was between April through October The explained that even if I cancel, they continue to charge my credit card for up to a month afterwardsWithout looking at my credit card, my refund should total $Please advise

Dear **[redacted]:

Had a problem on New Years Day. My plumber scheduled a technician who arrived first thing the next day and fixed my problem in about 10 minutes.

I have used My Plumber before and have nothing but good things to say about them. From the phone call requesting service to the service technician everyone was extremely polite and very professional; Felt as if I was talking with a friend. The technician definitely knew what he was doing and did it quickly and left no mess! I will definitely use them again and request for John to be the tech.

Your A&C Technician, Darryl B., on his first visit found the reason why my new heat pump kept tripping the circuit breaker when I turned on the heating unit for the first time. ( It was installed in June 2015.) The previous technician who was sent to my home tested the heat pump heating features, found that everything was working properly and thought that everything was o.k. The next cool morning that we had, we turned on the heat and the heat pump tripped again. Darryl B. discovered that the other heating company that installed our old heat pump in1998 used circuit breakers with lower amps (30 amps) which were sufficient for our old heat pump. Darryl B. installed new circuit breakers with 60 amps. The My Plumper installers were not aware of this when they installed our new heat pump. We are thankful to Mr. Darryl B. for discovering this. Everything works fine now, and we are enjoying it very much.

All members on the My Plumber team that provided service at my home were extremely courteous and professional especially those members that were in training. My kitchen drain system ruptured and from the moment the first tech arrived, he had diagnosed the problem quickly. Though it took longer than must jobs due to the severity of the problem, having to break the concrete flooring, they kept me informed on everything that they were doing and going to do to resolve the problem. They've completed the project and my family and I are once enjoying our home.
