My Salon Suite

Hi had my hair done by Evelyn at my salon suites. I had sent her a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like a week prior to her seeing me. I asked her if she would be able to do it and she said yes it will take five hours and $200. So I scheduled an appointment and I spent five hours in her salon on Sunday. While I was there she probably had 10 or more customers come in while she was working on my hair she had a helper there with her so she started on my hair and then she proceeded to tell him to do the tips on my hair a lighter blonde. He really seemed uncomfortable doing it but she told him how and he proceeded to do it. Honestly I don't even know if he has his cosmetology license. Someone might need to look into that? I just went with it because I figured this is what they do so I trusted her when she said that she would make my hair look like what I wanted. It was very uncomfortable for me because I felt like she wasn't putting her attention on my hair like she should've been and was just moving me around from chair to chair while other people came in and she was doing other highlights and haircuts
I understand she's trying to make money but it was just a little ridiculous. So five hours later my hair was done and of course it looked nothing like it was supposed to.She had moved on at that point to another customer and was doing highlights so she didn't even finish my hair. So I paid the 200 we agreed on and I went home and I tried to see if I could live with what my hair looked like. I gave it a day and after I washed my hair it smelled burnt and the color is just hideous nothing like I wanted .So I reached out to her and she just said it will take several more appointments to get my hair the way that I want she basically blamed me and now she's not even responding to any of my text. So unprofessional. Not sure what to do at this point but this is not ok .
