Appliance store have gone beyond   all of duty and take care of this customer.  Customer purchase a dryer for $150 for pick up only, after he went home he call and ask somebody from store to meet him at his house in order to get the dryer into his house, store send driver to help....

 Next day customer come back and ask to return  dryer and store agreed to exchange upon return  of the unit since it was supposedly pick up.  Customer have behaved very unprofessionally and treat store manager then he left the store. About 2 hours later his wife showed up and after store manager explain the terms of our agreement  again to her, she pick another unit and store end up deliver another unit after testing in front  of her to her house and pick up the other unit for free.

So store sold a dryer for less price since it was a pick up upon agreed no delivery and end up twice went to this customer at no charge to make the customer happy.

All sales  are  final and there is no refund or return and customer agreed on sales purchase agreement, also sign on the window and wall inside store also verify these terms and agreement.

This customer has been paid in full for consignment item sold check 2786 on 8/15/14.

This place is a total scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please do not be fool and shop here. I purchased a refrigerator here, it was susposed to be $400 and when it was delivered suddenly jumed to $600!! And to top it off it was broken!! The lights were on but it would not cool at all. They refused to refund or even exchange, even when it was the same day..... so we ended up having to pay a couple of hundred dollars more and get it fixed throuhg another company, turns out the compresser that was in it, didnt even belong to a refrigerator :/ Totally go scammed so please im warning you DO NOT shop here!!!!

Store policy limits  pick up only from the car port or garage and pt floor only since only one delivery guy will go for pick up. Customer knew he has to bring the appliances down for pick up prior to the appointment schedule.

When store delivery  person was at the property...

the appliances were on the 2nd floor and he refused to pick up,then customer got his own hand truck to bring all items down and in process he damaged his floor and he got very upset.

Customer have brought the item down with his own hand-truck and damaged his floor as my delivery guy verify all.

Store policy clear on pick up appliances for consignment,delivery person does not allow to disconnect or pick up from 2"d floor or remove doors to taken item  out of the property,all have to be done by the owner in advance.

Even though we regret any discomfort and issue and wish to improve our service for all customers,we  cannot deviate from  our original agreement  made with customer for consignment.

Customer agreed to purchase with terms & conditions offered and informed. This customer has been taking care of and dishwasher were delivered to him.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10055192, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Although I was made aware that appliances were purchased "as is" and that there were no refunds the dryer I received was not the exact dryer I had tested and purchased at the store!! However, no further action is required from this business on my part. I have since replaced and sold the dryer to someone else, who was made aware of the entire situation, and I have made reviews on media sites for buyer beware.

Although the 2 female employees are friendly, The owner named [redacted] is not. She is extremely rude, and left me talking.

They sent out 1 guy to deliver a stacked washer and dryer and he left the vinyl floor ripped. Now I have to pay my apartment complex for the repair. On top of that they did not bring the correct cord so they didn't bother installing it anymore. I called the next day and now they are trying to charge me to come install it.

We purchased a washer from My Sisters Appliance with delivery, because it was more than 30 miles it was $35.00. the washer was delivered a day late, The driver set up the washer and started it, the water came on and the delivery driver said ok and left, The washer filled up and stopped, the resident moved the [redacted] ahead to see if it was stuck and the motor started to hum and then started to smell like it was burning, when we called the store several times to get this resolved ASAP the owner said it was against their policy to come out and swap or repair the washer, he then said we would have to bring the washer back to the shop our selves so the could determine if there was a problem. He said many times this was the first time in 15 years that this has happened, the Revdex.com says differently. Since we had paid cash we took the washer to the shop were the owner told me he would call in 3 to 4 days I said I needed it now, he laughed and said the residents could go a week with out one. when I asked to swap it out with one for the same price out back he said all 4 were customers but none of them had sold sings on them, I was then told to swap out a washer would be $45.00 more. I have wasted time from work along with the resident plus gas going 40 miles one way x4.

My sisters Appliances paid half of what was due.  They did not pay in full.  They deal only in cash for appliance sales and do no produce any invoices or records when clients buy the appliances.  They refused to provide a proper accounting to consignees.  My appliances were like new stainless steel name brands - Maytag, GE, Whirlpool.  They had the refrigerator on their floor priced in the high $600's.  The Whirlpool range would have sold for over $300.  The GE dishwasher would have sold for at least $200.  Bottom line is My Sister's Appliances cannot or will not prove what they received for each appliance and then provide a proper accounting to the consignee.  They owe more than what they paid in the $200's range.
Next step is to report them to the [redacted] for Consumer Fraud.

Customer claim the item is not installed so how would verify the functionality of the unit!!! Customer paid only for the unit and connection is not included with free delivery service and it's just a courtesy service if customer have all parts needed. Driver has waited over an hour outside of property for customer to finish her shopping at the mall as she indicated to driver to get home which caused delay on other deliveries. Store believe, this customer have taken advantage for our free delivery service so store would not continually giving free service. If customer have any issue with the unit she offered to bring the unit back within 24 hours courtesy of store. If she cannot store will send for pick up for a small fee.  My driver indicated there were no damages to carport or the stackable and have taken photo to avoid any issue.

This customer has been paid in full already if they provide consignment agreement.

In my opinion, this is a dishonest company. They misrepresent what they will do if there is a problem with a purchase. Buyer Beware.
