Sir/Maam,First and foremost we don't call any person. People call us for support and become our customers. We have so many customers whom we service them every month for maintenance. We tracked the customer details and this name is not in our database. While tracking the calls also didn't reveal any...

details.There are many people out there who uses different company names to get access into the system. We are a very genuine organisation focussing only on servicing the customers actual problems and helping them to maintain the system in perfect condition. If the customer could get us the number from which the call came through it would be easier for us to identify the person who used our name.Regards,Support Team

I found on the internet an offer for 2 years unlimited support.I thought to give them a chance because I'm not good at that. Firstly, they installed on my PC an app called CTS help desk and said when u have problems just use the application and a technician will help you asap. Never worked, I always had to try and find a phone number to connect with them. This is a challenge as well because they provided on the web a phone number which never works. Another problem is when they have to sort or check the PC/laptop, takes so long. So make sure, you have no other commitments before you contact them. I used my laptop a lot and because this process to get in touch with them and the time spend to fix the problems is inadequate, I preferred not to contact them just when I had an emergency. I'm very disappointed I paid loads of money for nothing. Now I have to recover and complete a project, to submit in few hrs, I sent them an email , but nobody contacted me and i'm sure if they will, will take so long that I won't be able to respect my deadline.

My Tech Guru's Inc. did have a slight misleading [redacted] advertisement when I first found their company, but when I first contacted them they made no claim that they were indeed part of [redacted]. In fact I am extremely happy I found them and I can tell you they have paid for themselves three times over. Since I have a yearly subscription with them I contact them each month for cleaning and when something gets into my computer they will spend hours getting it out. I just left their technician right before I came to the Revdex.com and he spent over two hours fixing what I personally screwed up on my computer. I think only the squeaky wheels are contacting the Revdex.com because I really have no problem with My Tech Guru’s Inc. I don't know how I originally was connected to MTG, but being pretty much computer illiterate I bought into the concept of them fixng any issues. My complaints are they usually take a long time in fixing a problem and some times fix one and create another. The other complaint is after each session they try to get you to extend the plan with the threat of higher cost in the future. Example is I just used them and the manager came on and said the plan was going to cost $550 for two years but I could get it now for $350. I kind of [redacted] with her and she , at great risk to her job, got her supervisor to lower the price to $299 for two years and move me up to platinum level.They will come on once a month and clean up any problems found.
I do have to say that they did help me out with numerous problems and have solved most of them to my satisfaction. My only complaints are they seem to drag their feet when servicing you and of course the cost factor. I would say that an average session is anywhere from 2-4 hours, which is ridiculous. I don't really know if I was scammed and I wish they would get a better rating from the Revdex.com. Just for my own mindset. I am with them for three years yet.

They refunded the full amount I paid in the beginning. $499.99. Thank you for helping, they are a scam.

Revdex.com:I was called by [redacted] Computer Guru on February 11th.  I explained that they had worked on my computer twice with no results.  He stated that the people who did the work must not have understood what to do.  I told him I was very tired of the problems so I hired someone else to fix it.  They had it fixed within an hour.  Mr. Jay agreed to refund the $299 I had been charged by them.  Sounds like a scam to me.

Whoever reaches us for support we have a clear defining script at the beginning that we are an Independent Technical Support company and nonaffiliated to any brand or product. Most of the times its been repeated at regular intervals.

We are a committed organisation in the technical support industry and are servicing hundreds of customers on a daily basis. There is no need for us to call any random numbers. 
Scammers use auto-dialers and can show any number they want to the caller, this was NOT us.
It isn’t possible to make a call from a toll free number unless you are in the united states and we are located in Asia so this must be an autodialer.
We are Inbound call center only.
If the customer can send us a recording of the call probably we can trace where the call originated and track the scammer.

MyTechGuru's contacted me last week and told me that they will give me a full refund if I withdraw my complaint to the Revdex.com. I told them that I want to see that refund first and after that I will contact the Revdex.com further. I have since received the refund though I was not spoken to clearly about work they did on my computer in this conversation. If it is proper business practice to say I can have a refund only if I withdraw my complaint, then please withdraw my complaint so that nobody will ever see what I complained about. But if it is not proper business practice to require this, then I would like others to see what one customer has been through with this company. They have given me a refund and they understand my irritations with their service. And I hope that others in the future never have to go through what I have.

Please find the complete synopsis of the customer issue and status.
Customer name: [redacted]
Issue - Customer forgot to enter the windows login password which needs to be
changed
Synopsis: Customer came to create Admin login and restricted the
access to his son not to use the computer, technician did a clean-up and
educated the customer to change the password. The password was typed and the same has been given in the notepad too on 6th Jan 2014 and closed the ticket as resolved.
After 2 days customer called back for not able to login into
the computer because customer forgot the password. Customer was informed to arrange an alternate computer for resetting the password but till date there was no arrangement of an alternate system from the customer side.
Customer Received support on the below:
1) System Popup issue (15 Dec 13)
2) [redacted] user name issue (17 Dec 13)
3) System Password Change (06 Jan 14)
Above all the customer had filed for a chargeback and we disputed the chargeback with all relevant details.
We also tried to reach the customer several times from the time we received this complaint but the customer didn't respond back to any of the voice mails.

I am rejecting this...

response because:I just got notified that I failed to answer, I get over 100 scam emails everyday and I somehow missed your email. This case has not been resolved. They gave me extended service because I had to hire another tech to fix a problem they could not solve, so they offered me 3 months service as a courtesy for the $150 I paid the other tech. I decided to cancel the rest of my subscription with Tech Gurus and they said they would credit my [redacted], which can’t be done due to time elapse. They refuse to send me a check.
This company is a scam. I went to their website and my [redacted] warned me not to go to this site. They advertise as a [redacted] provider and if you click on the adv you get infected with viruses. They have terrible reviews in [redacted] search.
