I contacted what I thought was [redacted] about what I also believed was a [redacted] issue. Somehow I was sent over to "MyTechGurus". They utilize the same remote program that [redacted] does to remote in and evaluate your computer. They tweeked and deleted and added new programs to "clean" up my laptop. End results were after three tries they could not correct the issue. But it is a time delay issue that is not evident right away. So upon learning it was still not fixed, I contacted the company who wanted more money to fix what they never fixed and would not consider a refund for work not delivered. My laptop is not performing any better and a small program I did have on there mysteriously no longer works that would clean up the laptop.

First and foremost we don't call any person. People call us for support and become our customers. We have so many customers whom we service them every month for maintenance. We tracked the customer details and this name is not in our database. While tracking the calls...

There are many people out there who uses different company names to get access into the system. We are a very genuine organisation focussing only on servicing the customers actual problems and helping them to maintain the system in perfect condition. 
If the customer could get us the number from which the call came through it would be easier for us to identify the person who used our name.

To start with we would like to inform Mr.[redacted] that we never call any customers and we are a very legitimate business organisation with high degree of customer service satisfaction level. The phone numbers mentioned by Mr.[redacted] is not our numbers. There are several companies who call several people stating that they are calling from so and so company. 
These are some of the methods adopted by people to malign reputed organisations.

I would advise anyone with computer problems,... DO NOT let these crooks into your computer at all. Somehow they overtook my computer and said it was infected and had to be cleaned up. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my computer to begin with. They charged me over $700.00 for their work. If you have problems take it to a certified dealer who knows what they are doing.

help to resolve the issue. We did take a remote control and resolved the issue twice.Now again we spoke to the customer and the issue has been addressed.

We tried reaching out to the customer but couldn't get through the line. Hence we have processed the refund of $179.99 on 20th April 2016 and communicated the same via email to the customer.
