Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I paid MGW $(attachment 1) for years of unlimited tech help (attachment 2)When I later sought tech help in mid-Nov 2016, MGW wanted addition money which was not per our agreement of "unlimited tech help" for three yearsI cancelled the agreement and asked for a refundMGW agreed to a refund of $and said to allow days for the refund to processI talked w/Harry at MGW and stated my opinion that the refund should be more since I only used Months of their serviceHowever, we did agree on a refund of $The honorable thing is for MGW to immediately issue my refund Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear *** * ***, This some miscommunication from technician end where he called you and said you have to pay for the antivirus servicesThat was a mistake he dialed your phone number without checking your number in CRM , he supposed to call some other customerYour PC Antivirus and

I am rejecting this response because: I have received only one successful PC Tech Help support from My Geeks World, and that was on 23Junwhen MGW fixed a printer problemI cancelled the Tech Help agreement (copy attached) w/MGW on 24Octand requested a refundThe printer fix was covered in the agreement and no further charges are valid since I had unlimited tech help for years at no additional costCost of the printer fix was $A refund is due of $299.99. I have only talked twice w/My Geeks WorldAny and all costs for their services have been paid for as described below: o First - 23JunI talked to MGW from a *** *** store where I was getting help for a printer problem. I described the problem over the phone to MGW and they said the problem was not with the printer but with my connection to the printer on my home computer. They asked me to go home and call them back so they could fix the connection by remote controlI did so, and MGW correctly diagnosed the problem, fixed connectivity from my PC to the printer, and cleaned the printer and PCMGW then offered me a 3-yr Tech Help Contract for $and said it would cover the Printfix plus any future PC proble** at no additional costI agreed and paid the $by credit card. o Second - 23OctI called MGW on their helpline and told them that there was a pnotice on my PC that showed 3-drivers were not workingAlso I could not access my *** anti-virus/I-net protectionMGW scanned my PC and said there were “other” proble** as well (** *** ***, more drivers disabled, expired *** License, etc.) and said they could fix everything for an additional $I did not agree to any additional cost, nor did I agree to MGW doing anything to fix my PC problem

Hi [redacted], I want to tell you the number that you gave us its not belong to our Company ([redacted]) might me you are mislead by some one.yes that's true we got one payment of $499.95 that is a authorized  payment done  without our knowledge and same has been canceled by our account team.

Hi [redacted],Yes, I have accepted the offer of a $200 refund from MGW. However, I think the 15 - 20 days is excessive for the business to post the refund. MGW said early their policy was 15 days. Thank you so much for your help![redacted]
