I have now found that I cannot open any email attachments so mygeeksworld has really goofed up my computer. So they should be made to fix my computer also. And the sooner the better because the one attachment I can't open has to do with my purchasing a house and I need the information in it asap.   Thank you, [redacted]

I wish no further contact at all, and especially should I have reason to call due to any technical matter, during the remaining life of my agreement with this company I want it be made clear to all your employees Do Not Try To Sell Me Additional Services! I am rejecting this response because:I paid MGW $399.99 (attachment 1) for 3 years of unlimited tech help (attachment 2). When I later sought tech help in mid-Nov 2016, MGW wanted addition money which was not per our agreement of "unlimited tech help" for three years. I cancelled the agreement and asked for a refund. MGW agreed to a refund of $200 and said to allow 15 days for the refund to process. I talked w/Harry at MGW and stated my opinion that the refund should be more since I only used 6 Months of their service. However, we did agree on a refund of $200.00. The honorable thing is for MGW to immediately issue my refund.

I am rejecting this response because: Attached is my file documentation to show that Harry of MGW agreed to a $200 refund per our phone conversation 14Nov2016. I did not receive any documentation from MGW, only their word and promise. Common sense and fair play is the issue. Since I only used six months of a three-year agreement, a $200 refund is certainly reasonable.Sincerely,

Please be advised that the company has voided the...

charge of $499.95 on my [redacted] Credit Card.  However, I still want this to be documented that they are using a hacker to post threatening messages on computers thru [redacted].  In addition, they state that they are referred by [redacted] Software ([redacted] Corp.) and make false statements that my computer was infected with a virus and that we would lose our data.Thank you,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Nothing was fixed by MGW on 23 OCT 2016 because MGW wanted additional money to fix my PC. I told them no thanks, and that I would contact [redacted] to fix my PC, which I did, and [redacted] was the business that fixed the issue with my PC at no additional cost. There were no expired issues with [redacted], [redacted], or anything else. I requested a refund from MGW. A gentleman, Harry of MGW, called me on 14 Nov 2016 to discuss my request for a refund. We decided that a refund of $200 would be appropriate. Harry said please allow 15 - 20 business days for the refund to appear on my credit card statement.
