I never received any of the free stuff they advertised. Mug, cards etc. They were taking $19.95 out of my account every month for nothing. When I called to get my credit card info removed I was unable to reach a live person. I had to call the bank to stop them from getting direct payment. I do not recommend using this sight.

Review: I agreed to $9.95 a month for my membership. It prompted me to upload pictures and neglected to tell me that for each picture they would charge me $20. I received a bill on my credit card for the membership as well as for $79.95. I have contacted them through email multiple times as well as by phone and have yet to be contacted by anyone. I did receive two automated responses saying I would be contacted within 5 day and that never happened. After the month was up, I cancelled and was still charged for the following month.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $89.95 for all the false charges. My subscription should be cancelled and I do not want any further communication with this company.

Review: emailed company and left about 10 voice mails and no one has contacted me they have charged my card over $300 for a fee that was suppose to be 79.95 I don't what else to do other than to try to get help from your company.Desired Settlement: I would like to please be reimbursed
Review: Do not sign up with them! After they charged me a $9.95 renewal fee, I complained and it was states to me it was in the fine print. ( and you already pay $20 each submittals to a "job", with no feedback or info whatsoever. So I requested cancellation. I kept getting emails from them and another $9.95 renewal fee! I went thought the 20 step process to delete my account online and a reply cones back "hi I'm [redacted] and I'll handle your inquiry. Please allow 5 days. I've heard nothing, can't get a hold if anyone and I'm still receiving emails. " At this point, I know [redacted] is not a real person. It also said if this is an emergency, call this #. Since my credit card was being charged, I called the #. It's the same as the main number on the website- there is no back up number to call. Same automated message saying "If you'd like to cancel your account, go online and follow the instructions." They don't let you cancel and I am due a refund. This is a horrible practice - please help, anyone!!!Desired Settlement: A live person to talk to and then issuing a credit to me.
Review: I was scammed by mystarkid.com on 6/**/14. I registered an account and agreed to the charges of $14.99. On the morning of 6/**/14 I noticed on my online banking that there was a charge for $79.80. I immediately called my bank and started an investigation as I did not authorize mystarkid to debit my account $79.80. I did authorize $14.99. I immediately closed the debit card I had used and ordered a new one. I also tried to contact mystarkid to no avail. I tried deleting my account and was not able to. This all happened in less than 24 hours after I registered an account on mystarkid.com.
My bank investigated and since I allowed the charge of $14.99 they are not able to help me recover my funds. To be clear they cannot discern the amount. They can only see that I allowed a charge, not the amount. So, I have been scammed. I did not authorize a charge of $79.80. I only agreed to $14.99. Mystarkid.com's has fraudulent practices. I did everything I could to stop this scam in less than 24 hours and they made that impossible.
In response to the investigation by my bank, mystarkid.com claimed that "customers child did not win a contest or get contacted modeling so they are disgruntled-as with most of these chargebacks". This is laughable as I tried to close this account immediately. When I realized on the morning of 6/** that I had been scammed I tried to contact mystarkid.com. I was not able to. I tried to delete the account and I was not able to. So, I changed my user name to "ON TO YOUR SCAM" and removed the photos of my son that I had uploaded and replaced them with meaningless landscapes. I did not enter my son into contests, nor was I expecting modeling contracts. Mystarkid.com went on to claim I was trying to get free services and merchandise. This company is fraudulent, deceitful, and unscrupulous.Desired Settlement: Refund of $79.80. Delete account. Require mystarkid.com to have contact information, customer service, legal advertising that clearly states costs and charges, and allow customers to delete accounts.

Review: the ad says a one time $19.99 charge and they charged $79.90 - the directions to cancel the account, refer you back to a place to submit an email that is not answered. There is no number to contact - no one to speak to - I deleted pictures off the profile and they aren't gone - I see that other complaints have been filed regarding this company and the same thing.Desired Settlement: I want to be totally off this company - want my money refunded -part of the free 30 day trial - and no more monies taken or any association with the company
Review: I stopped service with the online merchant and recieved a confirmation of termination of service. 2 days later I recieved a confirmation of membership as if I had renewed it. I contacted them immediatley via their website as they don't list a phone number and requested a refund and termination which has not happened.Desired Settlement: $9.95 and termination of service.

Review: I signed up for a photo contest to improve chances of winning a monetary award. Try claim to charge "a one time fee of $19.95". So I agreed. All the way through to the confirmation it said $19.95. 48 hours later we saw they took $80 from our account and it was going to be a "monthly" charge. We immediately I subscribed. They never even finished processing our account to doing any of the work they promised came with the "$19.95" charge yet never refunded the amount nor would respond to multiple emails. They don't even have a number to reach anyone. It is only a recording to use email. Their email site directs you to use their phone. We have disputed it with our bank. I never even got confirmation to not be billed this month. We will take them to court if not refunded and we will file theft charges if they do not refund and do not remove our account.Desired Settlement: Refund our money and remove us from any future billing or email.
Review: I was entering my child in a contest. I was asking for one entry, but was charged for 5 entries. I have tried to cancel the "membership" but the page that I was directed thru email to go to to cancel, there was no option to cancel on. I was told I qualify for 5 free coffee mugs but when I tried to order the screen froze and would not allow me to place them in the cart for purchase. I emailed the company. They have a 5 day reply on their emails but offer a telephone number for immeidate reply. When you call the number a recording picks up right away and advises you can leave a message. I feel this is a gimmick talent and modeling website. I have sent a request for my entire charge to be refunded as I was only prepared to make a payment of 19.95, and they charged 99.75. I have made my bank aware and they are prepared to cance the payment if not addressed in the 5 days the email claimed it takes to get a response back. I also would like to cancel any pending membership/subscription to anything this website is offering.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded. I would like proof that I am not going to be further billed for some bogus subscription later.
Review: I joined mystarkid.com in August 2012. Not happy with the site I tried to deactivate my account the following month. And have tried to delete my account several times since. The site has still been charging me $9.99 every month. When I click delete account it says "Please Contact support to delete account". I click the link and send them an email saying I want to have my account deleted and don't want to be charged anymore. It gives me a response saying thank you and I will be contacted shortly. I never receive anything back.Desired Settlement: I want my account deleted and would like to receive a full refund for the months I have been charged since September 2012. $9.99 a month as I did not use the site services and have tried to delete several times.

my star Kids is a fake they have tooken money off of my card on authorized to do so I'm just now getting emails dad said that my kid was re- enter for my payment of 9 dollars and 95 cents but when I looked at the billing information there was three other payment of $39.99 $19.95 and $9.95 that I did not authorize. also I did not receive any product that they said they will send out to me like magazines in a mug with my daughters face on it and a couple of other things I did not receive at all this is not my first time adding photos up there so I should have a lot of products from them they need to be delete it they are fraud

Review: Since Jan, , I have called and left message to have them call me about billing of three (3) charges to may card and I have e-mailed them several times. Also they stated that with the service they would give you a mug with the child's picture on it in the kids contest along with some other gifts. However to date after filling the form for the gift , I have not had no response over the phone or e-mail. I have totally been ignore which very unbusiness like.Desired Settlement: refund of extra (2) charges and gifts order on the form provided. Particular the the pictured mug and other things offered.

Review: I decided to cancel the monthly subscription in March 2014. I removed all credit card and back account information on their website as they instructed. However, they still charged me $9.95 the next month. I sent them an email using their online form but they never reply me. At the end of May 2014, all deleted credit card and bank account information reappear under /billing and they continued to charge me. I deleted them again but they still keep charging me. In their Legal Notice, they said the only way to cancel the subscription is to do it under [redacted] but I couldn't find a way to "cancel" the subscription.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund all the monthly charges they have made from my back account since April 2014.
Review: I signed my child up for a chance at her picture/profile being seen for modeling purposes. After a day, I felt uneasy about the company and attempted to cancel my account. Under their website, the instructions state to go "under billing" to cancel your account. When you do this, it brings you back to your home page. If you select "help", it sends you to a portal with several help questions, one being "how to delete your account". The website directs you back to mystarkid.com and there is no delete account section. You can leave them an email, but when I did, stating that I wanted to cancel my account, the company sends a generic email reply stating something about a modeling contract and does not answer on how to cancel your account. There is also a phone number, which no one answers and no one returns calls. I unfortunately did some research about this company, and several people stated this is a scam and will not let you delete your account.Desired Settlement: I have contacted my bank to put a stop on the charge pending, but I want this company to be made aware that they have been reported.
Review: I signed my son up for a photo contest but accidentally submitted an extra photo so I contacted by phone and email to try to stop transactions.. After hearing a little British girl on the voicemail, I became suspicious and did a search on [redacted] where I found out I was not the only 1 having issues with this company an that it was a scam site. I've called numerous times along with email..an no response back(over a week now) this company needs to be shutdown and godaddy.com(where the site was apparently purchased) needs to help shut them down and help all of us get our hard earned money back! I've talked to my bank and they are going to do everything they can to get my money back(of they can contact the company) Which we all know will NOT happen.Desired Settlement: I want my $58.85 back and this company shutdown.
