Review: I have been trying to reach someone in customer service since November **, 2014. I have emailed twice, called four times and left a message to call, and sent two letters (one with a self-addressed, self-stamped envelope). No one will return my call, email or letter. I told the receptionist that I cannot get a hold of a person and she just transferred me to the same customer service voice mail. I don't understand why I cannot get a phone call, letter, or email from them.Desired Settlement: All I want is instructions for my son's watch. That is why I sent a self-addressed, self-stamped envelope on January **, 2015 as requested. My son has a Digital Mickey Mouse watch. MCK367KO. Black and silver plastic with four red buttons; two on each side. [redacted] strap. I bought the watch at [redacted].

Sincerely,

Review: I cannot seem to get an answer from the customer service department here. I reached out initially via email to ask about purchasing extra links for my watch they manufacture. I was responded to two days later; which is fine. The rep, Olga told me how to go about buying the extra links and that I should send my watch to them to have them put the links in. I went to the post office, got delivery confirmation that my watch was received on 9/**/2015. I have called and left 7 (SEVEN) messages and also 2 (TWO) emails to their customer service department to check the status of my repair, since I don't have my watch back and also my check has not been cashed. No one will return my phone calls or emails. This is getting to be ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I would just SIMPLY like to know the status of my watch repair and when I am going to get my watch back!

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased 2 Barbie Glamberry body lotions for Christmas presents. When one of the children rubbed the lotion on their skin it turned their skin pink. We went into the bathroom and tried to wash it off and it wouldn't come off.I have called this company once a week for the last 2 months, left messages and no one has ever returned my call.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to refund my $4 and also send me a label so I can send these items back to them.

Review: I received as a gift around Thanksgiving 2014 a Sharp SPC450 Alarm Clock. I do not have a receipt since it was a gift. A few weeks ago I spoke to the [redacted] because I could not get through to customer service and they would not return any calls or emails I sent them and he said he would leave a note for customer service to mail me a replacement alarm clock and I would not have to mail in the old alarm clock. When I did not receive the replacement as of last week I FINALLY got through to customer service after numerous attempts and was told I would have to mail in the old alarm clock. It would cost more to mail in the old alarm clock than to go to a local store and buy a new one.Desired Settlement: I wish for the company to mail me a replacement Sharp SPC450 Alarm Clock or equivalent with out having to mail in the old alarm clock per the conversation with [redacted] a few weeks ago.

Review: I purchased a sharp alarm clock and when I got home and tried to use it and the switch that turns on the alarms with not functioning properly. The alarm on indicator light flickered even though it was set to on, and the alarm did not go off in the morning as planned. I called the number in the manual that I have which was for MZ Berger. I was informed that the alarms switch was defective and the alarm clock would be replaced - they took my info and told me I have a new clock in 3 weeks. That was about 8 weeks ago. After about the third week I try to reach them regarding the new clock and have left voice mails for a return call on over 10 occasions yes is it possible to speak to a person there and nobody will return my calls regardless of what I say in the message. When I call sharp directly all they can do for me is refer me back to MZ Berger. They totally failed to address any of my concerns.Desired Settlement: The trouble I have gone through alone would justify more than a $5 alarm clock which I should get at the minimum.

Sincerely,

Review: On December [redacted], 2013 I mailed two separate items; one watch (a Renato Wilde-beast) and one stainless steel watch band with a broken clasp (for my interchangeable Renato T-Rex watch) for repair. I have kept all receipts. Items were insured for three-hundred dollars. Included in the package was the two required repair forms detailing the instructions for all repairs, a copy of proof of purchase(s) and a money order for return delivery of items.

The detailed repairs that I had requested for the first item was a) to replace Wilde-beast watch battery and to replace missing case pin-screw cover and b) to repair the broken dual deployment clasp for the watch band. I was contacted one week later about the repairs and I was told that it would cost me five-dollars to replace the case pin-screw cover, and fifty-dollars to repair the dual deployment clasp. I agreed to repairs and I was asked for my payment details which were given. I was charged for repairs on January [redacted], 2014.

A few days later I received a package containing my watch. After opening it I inspected the watch and noticed that the battery was working fine. I then inspected the case pin-screw cover. PROBLEM 1: Case pin-screw cover is not for this model watch thus giving it an asymmetrical and awful appearance. PROBLEM 2: The watch band which I sent for repair was not in the package and has not been returned to me thus far despite having been charged for the repair. I have called left multiple polite messages for customer service being that I can never bet a live service rep on the phone regarding this issue, and I have received no consideration regarding this matter; as no representative has yet to return my calls.Desired Settlement: PROBLEM 1; Either send me the proper case pin-screw cover for my model watch (the Wilde-Beast model; not the Beast model case pin cover which you have put on this watch) or refund me the cost of that repair.

PROBLEM 2: Either return to me the repaired version of the T-Rex Interchangeable watch band; or return me the broken version and refund me the cost for that repair.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased an alarm clock radio NLC618 in October of 2014 and by January of 2015 the numbers started to fail to light up. I finally found the contact number and began calling. No response. I found another phone number on the internet and called it. The person told me they were a [redacted] I asked to be put through to a [redacted] or [redacted] because I had called so many times without a return call from them. I then got another voice mail and left a message. No one ever called me back and I was never able to reach the receptionist again. I believe I have called this company close to 24 times with no return calls. I have left my name and number on their voice mail 2 times, each time, and when a good time is to get back to me.Desired Settlement: I think as a courtesy they should have to call me and apologize for the inconvenience they have caused with not returning my calls. Their one year limited warranty states to call them for assistance before returning the merchandise to the store. Therefore leaving me with an unusable product.

Review: Record of all contact - has been going on for almost a year.

Purchased watch at Target in Minnesota. It broke under warranty. Mailed it to the company with original receipt. Emails began between myself and a customer service rep. Now, she keeps telling me that I will receive the repaired watch free of charge shortly. This was sveral weeks ago. The emails between myself and this company began almost a year ago and now I am just being ignored. I have all the emails.Desired Settlement: I either want the broken watch returned to me with my original receipt and packaging or I want what was promised ... a replacement ... at the very least, I would like a response.

Consumer

Response:

October **, 2013 @ 12:25 PM CDT, Fedex delivered the watch, repaired and at no charge to me. I thank the company after waiting a year and a half from mailing to them for warranty service. Better late than never.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a Sharp Radio Controlled Wireless Thermo Clock Model SPC 900. The 915MHz Outdoor Thermo Sensor failed and I would like to get a new one however I have called MZ Berger 2 times in the past 3 weeks and also sent a fax and all have been ignored. This is terrible customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like MZ Berger to send me a new Outdoor Thermo Sensor.

Review: I purchased a watch made by this company at Kohl's Department Store in Nicholasville, Kentucky last week. I have left numerous emails and made numerous phone calls to this company without any response regarding getting extra links for the watch band as it is too small. All I want are three (3) extra links to the watch band as herein described: the watch has a pink metal band, crystal bezel, silver face with dark silver numbers, small pink hearts on the face and a small depiction of Hello Kitty. The following numbers are on the sales tag: "[redacted]"; "[redacted]" and "[redacted]". The purchase price was $55.00. Please send me the three (3) extra links. I am happy to pay for them if there is a fee.Desired Settlement: I want three (3) extra links to this watch band.

Review: Below is a copy of my e-mail to M.Z. Berger. Subsequent to this e-mail, I sent a message on their website and phoned a telephone number from the website. I have received no responses to my four attempts to contact them.

"I twice phoned the customer service number listed in my instruction manual - December ** and January * - but received no call back. As a result, I am resorting to e-mail.

I received a Sharp Wireless Weather Station model SPC595 for Christmas, but the unit is defective. When I place the transmitter adjacent to the receiver, I should see the same internal and external temperatures and humidities. This has been verified by my other two external/internal temperature units. With the Sharp unit the two temperatures differ by 2 degrees and the humidity differs by 5 - 7 percent. The external temperature/humidity readings appear to be correct when compared to my other temperature gauges.

Since my weather station is a gift, I do not know where it was purchased. How do I get warranty service through M.Z. Berger.

Thanks,

[redacted]"

###-###-####Desired Settlement: I would like M.Z. Berger to contact me to make arrangements to exchange the unit.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a watch manufactured by MZ Berger. It was supposed to have 8 screws on the back,to hold the back on.I did not know this till the 1 and only screw the watch came with, fell out.I contacted customer service, and they stated they would fix it.I needed to send the watch and a $7.00 check.Which I did.I tracked the watch, and they received it 12/**/13. I waited and waited, and finally on 01/**/14 I contacted them again, was told they had no recored of my watch, and that someone would get back to me.They didn't.I had to call them again.I was told the watch had been found,on 01/**/14.That I needed to send an additional $8.00 for the repair, and that it might take 2 weeks to get the repaired watch back. At that time,on that phone call,I gave customer service my debit card number, and asked that the additional charge be placed through the card,to speed up the process. She took all of my information, including that card number. I checked with my bank, and that charge went through on 01/**/14. I just got a notice in the mail today,01/**/14 with a service number and a notice that they could not fix it,without an additional $8.00,and that I could expect my watch back,6-8 weeks after they received my money.Really?!?!? I tried calling customer service, and of course,no one answered.I always leave messages, and no one ever calls back.So now I'm $15.00 into a warrantied watch, and nothing.Desired Settlement: I want this watch repaired and sent back.In a TIMELY manner.Considering the fact that the damn thing is on warranty, and it came to me NOT fully assembled in the first place,I shouldn't even have to pay for any of this.Repair OR shipping! Come on people, you can afford $15.00 easier than I can.But mostly I just want the watch back, repaired.Within no more than 2 weeks.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a Minnie Mouse wrist watch online that was manufactured by M.Z. Berger. The design of the watch is such that one can change the wrist bands to coordinate with an outfit. The bezel unscrews and the straps then lift off. The first time my mother in law used the watch, the bezel fell off while in a subway station in London and she could not locate the bezel. I looked through the documentation (warranty and users manual) that came with the watch and used that information to contact M. Z. Berger first by phone, where I left a message (October [redacted]), then immediately after the message I emailed a message asking them to email me back as to whether or not they had a replacement bezel. The watch is completely unusable without the bezel. I called back again on November [redacted] and November [redacted] Both times, I left messages referencing my email and the email address it was sent from. No one answered their phones, and no one returned my call or sent me an email. I am active duty US Navy stationed in the United Kingdom, and never expected anyone to call, but an email is a non-issue; they should have responded by now.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace the bezel... At first, I had no problem paying for the bezel, which I stated in the email and in each message I left. Now however, they have wasted enough of my time and should just send the bezel with their gratitude. I purchased 4 of these watch sets as gifts for family members.

Review: I bought an alarm clock from Target. The brand is [redacted]. The alarm function of the clock has stopped working. I contacted [redacted] to assist me with getting the clock fixed and they directed me to their clock department which is this company. I have called and called, left messages and sent emails. NO RESPONSE back. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail. Their email address doesn't work. This has become a huge hassle. How can such an unprofessional company stay in business?Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my alarm clock, because I am afraid the clock will malfunction again and I will be completely out of luck contacting them AGAIN for repairs.

Review: I called M.Z. Berger Co. several times in Jan, 2014 and left messages. On Jan. **, 2014 I called again and this time a gentleman answered, I told him about the Sharp SPC026A clock that I purchased and that it was defective because it kept draining my batteries for the back up. He told me he would send me out a new one and to let them know if I had trouble with it because they would mark that model as defective. As of this date Feb. **, 2014 I have received nothing from them. I have called several more times, leaving messages with my name, phone number with no response, I have even e-mailed them and nothing happened with that. All I want is the clock that they said they would send me, so I won't have to bother with them again.Desired Settlement: Replace my clock so I won't have to bother with them, they are terrible at business
