Review: I bought a an Elgin watch at walmart with a warranty and A crystal fell out so I went to exchange it but they didn't have it anymore so they told me I could call y'all so I could get it fixed. I have called so many times, and left messages and once a woman answered and was SO RUDE to me, she actually interrupted me and transferred me to A VOICEMAIL.Desired Settlement: I just really want my watch fixed please, and one size smaller cause it's kinda big on my wrist.

Review: I had my son's elgin watch serviced by this company before, it was not fixed, and they will noy answer the phone, it is a recording, and I have tried numerous times to call them, and they do not return the call, this has been going on for quite some time!Desired Settlement: return of my call, and watch repaired properly

Review: I bought my 6 year old a spiderman double bell alarm clock at christmas and it did not work 1st contacted them the following week they said they would send me another since then I have emailed twice and called about 7 times no one will call me back or email me and they wont send me another alarm clock I have now racked up quite a phone bill trying to get a hold of them so now I am not only out the money for the alarm clock but also about 30.00 dollars for the phone calls so now this alarm has cost me about 50.00 I did away with my reciept the first lady I spoke with said I didnt need it . any way I sure would like to settle this.Desired Settlement: a new alarm clock and 30.00 dollars for all the phone calls which they have ignored

Review: I purchased for my son the Sponge Bob bath set at [redacted] for Christmas. Christmas morning he couldn't wait to get in the tub to play with his new bath set. He played and then got on out was in his bedroom dressing when I heard this loud noise from bathroom. When I went in I was shocked because the sponge bath fizzie exploded and put a whole in my ceiling. It took me 2 weeks for someone to call and 2 weeks later after I submitted all the pictures and estimate of damages for $1700 he offered me $300. Its now April and I have went round and round with there insurance co ([redacted]) and they have offered me $500 which I declined on as well. they do not think I should of gotten the sheetrock replaced only a patch job. My bathroom was not parched before there product exploded and I wasn't happy with a patch.Desired Settlement: I want my damages paid for as well as missed time for work.
