resolve. Customer service during this whole thing was non-existant. All I kept getting was I dont know. It was [redacted] that canceled the order with Bic, not me.  [redacted] had me go with another vendor. There is no resolution to this complaint. I have moved on, and in fact bought more of the same product from the other vendor that [redacted] recommended

[Your Answer Here]Seller has failed to issue a return shipping label so that I can get a full refund. A partial refund for failing to ship the item within 2 days and stated in their shipping policy is not acceptable. Seller shipped item 6 days after order was placed and failed to notify me of the shipping delay. The seller needs to take responsibility for their errors which they have not.
