There is a terms and conditions box that every customer checks before proceeding with their orderIt states that the days is a trial period for the customer to try the productIf he or she is unsatisfied with the product, they must call in to cancel and return
the product before getting charged for the trial bottle after the trial is overEvery customer is subscribed to our monthly subscriptionThey are automatically shipped the product every days and charged for those products unless they cancelWe have refunded the customer $It should be posted back into his account within 3-business days.

We are in receipt of you complaint on behalf of the customer. 
We understand the customer frustrations and have responded to the complaint by
providing a full refund of $79.95 on 7/23/2015.  Please allow up to 10
business days for the credit to show from the refunded...

be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would
be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel
before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not allow the client
to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he
acknowledges the terms and condition of the product.  The customer is
automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask
to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of
the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled
and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated
in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check
out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial
is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged
for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription.  Sincerely, No2Blast

In our terms and conditions every customer agrees to before ordering our product states that they must cancel their product before the 14 day trial period ends in order to avoid charges. It is a 14 day trial. The first billing on 5/18 is for the shipping and handling...

charges for the product. After the trial period is over, the customer is charged for the no longer trialed bottle on 6/1. The customer is then subscribed onto our monthly subscription of the product until he or she cancels. We have refunded the customer all billings excluding the price of the shipping and handling. The total of $350.70 should be posted back into the customer's account within 3-5 business days.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Upon reviewing my Amazon credit card charges, additional charges for November and December were charged without my authorization.  The company did refund my card for the January charge but not the November and December charges of $79.95 on 11/05/2014  and $85.90 on 12/05/2014 for a total of $165.85 .  I have emailed the company yesterday to state such and I am awaiting their response.
