It was stated in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before
proceeding to check out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before
the 14 day trial is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they
will be charged for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly
subscription.

providing a full refund of $79.95 on 7/23/2015.  Please allow up to 10

be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would
be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel
before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not allow the client
to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he
acknowledges the terms and condition of the product.  The customer is
automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask
to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of
the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled
and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated
in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check
out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial
is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged
for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription.

Review: I agreed to a trial sample product paying only shipping and handling. I noticed on my bank statement that I was billed an additional $169.90 without my authorization.I contacted them and recieved additional fraudulent statements. There is no mention on the website that I wiould continue to recieve product without prior notification. There is a second company known as MetaBoost same address that committed the same offense.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a full refund for the funds taken from my bank account. a total of $169.90.

Review: On 5/18/14 my husband ordered a trial membership from NO2 Blast for a 30 day supply of their product for which we were charged $5.95. He received this product. Then on 5/31 before we had a chance to use up his 30 day supply they charged our account $79.95 for I another months supply that we never received. Now as of 6/30 they have charged us again for another months supply that they claim has been mailed and they refuse to let us return even though we have cancelled our membership as of 7/1. My complaint is that we received our initial trial order but did not receive the order that we were charged 79.95 for on 5/31. We should be able to return a product that is unopened and unused and their trial membership of 14 days is unreasonable. You cannot determine if a product is working in 14 days or less especially when at best you have a 7 day trial period because of the time it takes to ship a product. Right now this company has used their bait and switch and gotten $166.00 from us.They claim their product has: With NO2 Blast, you're getting a full dose of 3 potential products in one package. L - Arginine proprietary blend , 900mg, made up of L - Arginine, L - Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate, and L - Arginine Monohydrochloride. All three in one concentrated formula at a very reasonable price. In reality the bottle claims 300mg of deer antler extract (Cervidae Parvum Comu). Other ingredients included are gelatin,magnesium Stearate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Silicon Dioxide.Desired Settlement: I would like my $166.00 back because I believe that they are misrepresenting themselves. They are twisting the facts and making it very hard to cancel and get your money back. They know most people do not read in detail the terms and conditions of the contract. They obviously do not want to allow people to try their product because they really know it is not that great of a product. They just want your money. If their product was worth anything there would be a 30 day money back guarantee.

Review: Meta Boost (Men's Life & Health) uses deceptive advertising-- free offer for 14 day trail is not free.Terms & conditions come up after order entered.They charge you $79.95 every month until you cancel.I called immediately after ordering to cancel and they would not let me.I do not recommend buying from a company that practices in deception.Desired Settlement: RefundAND change website to inform your customers exactly what they are getting into.

Review: Ordered a free sample of product. Business's advertisement did not disclose that credit card would be charged within 15 days if did not cancel. Contacted company which agreed to fully refund to credit card and stop future charges. Only refunded a small percentage of charges, and made another third charge after the cancellation.Desired Settlement: refund credit card and discipline for false and deceptive advertisement.

Review: NO2 Blast offers a phone-in cancellation service where one may cancel their subscription. I called in to this number and went through the options until I heard the message that my subscription was canceled. Weeks later, I was charged for product and then received the product a week later. I assumed I had cancelled after the fact, so I was willing to accept my mistake. Then, one month later, I received another charge. While this charge was in pending status in my checking account, I called to ask them to reverse the charge and I would send back the product, as it was still unopened. They refused. I spoke with a supervisor who said that all sales were final and that my product was shipped "today" (the day I spoke with the supervisor). My complaint is that the phone cancellation process did not work and I was charged for a product I did not want. Then, as I called as promptly as possible after noticing a pending charge, the company was unwilling to make amends and said all sales were final.Furthermore, as the cancellation notification from my complaint with the company shows, the product was ordered 7/29/2014 at 01:54 am, and I called them at 9:00 am as described above. How a product is shipped from a company before 9:00 am (10:00 am Georgia time) is outside my belief as daily shipments of non-volatile products generally happen the day following the levying of charges.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the product and have my money refunded to me. The bottle has not been opened, and so the product is clearly in pristine condition. At the very least, I would like the recent charge refunded since I was under the impression that the process I followed on the phone completed my cancellation.

Review: I am a united states marine war time veteran with an honorable discharge. I have always believed anything can only be good, if it's from a good source. I recently tried Metaboost and the N02blast supplement which had a free 14 day trial period. I was shocked to find out that this is a total scam because it manipulates the Un aware customers using time frames. The customer will be charged for the free trial 14 day period before the 14 days is up. On the 14 day I had been charged the full price for both the metaboost and N02blast Blast before I had chance to cancel, not to mention I had not had the product in had for 14 days,this time frame for the free trial 14 day period starts at the time of purchase which makes no sense to me,how can you try something that you don't have,not to mention pay for shipping and handling. So I called the company to cancel my 14 day free trial period and asked for a refund,I was told that I can not get a refund by customer service but the Web site say 30 day money back guarantee. Then they told me I can get a 25% refund, I said no. I want it all,then they told me I can get a 50% refund, I said no I want it all. Then they told me I have to pay to return the Un used portion back to them before I could get a full refund. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me a supervisor was not available to speak to me because he was handling other calls. This company is a total rip off of the word good. I had to go through this twice to cancel both orders in the long run I have lost money with this entire process and not to mention time. How many people will get scammed before this is solved? I fought for this country to be a better place and the same people I fought for are scamming me for money. Where is my support? Review: I WAS OFFERED A FREE SAMPLE OF A DIETARY SUPPLEMENT, ALL I WAS TO PAY WAS THE $4.95 OR 5.95 S/H FEE. I WAS THEN CHARGED 89.95 WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE COMPANY AND CANCELLED THIS SERVICE AND STATED THAT I WANT A FULL REFUND. THE OPERATOR GAVE ME AN RM NUMBER TO WRITE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, WHICH I DID AND SHIPPED IT USPS, THEY RECEIVED THE PACKAGE ON THE 29TH OF JUNE, I CALLED THEM TEN DAYS LATER ON JULY 10,2015 AND AGAIN ASKED FOR MY FULL REFUND. THE GUY CONFIRMED THAT THEY DID RECEIVE THE PACKAGE ON 6/29/15 AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS, I CALLED THEM AGAIN TODAY 7/21/15 AND WAS TOLD THEY COULD IMMEDIATELY REFUND HALF THE AMOUNT. I DO NOT ACCEPT THAT AT ALL. I DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED AND PAID THE RETURN SHIPPING AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN MADE WHOLE.
