Hi, recently I have bought a Note cell phone for $from their online store, which at the time of my purchase clearly said it's a New ItemBut when I received the phone it was a open box item plus the defective charger and the headphone was used and not SamsungI then emailed seller and asked for RMA number if they can't send me a new phone in sealed boxThey send me RMA number instead, I sent the phone back in its original packaging that it was in, along with charger and headphonesThey suppose to refund me $539.48, minus the $shipping and handling but they only refunded me $Charged me restocking meI want rest of my money refunded

I bought a drone from this company, and I purchased a warrantyIn several attempts for me to fly the Drone, I realize it kept flipping overIn investigating this incident, I came to the conclusion that two of the motors on the right we're operating at faster speeds than two of the motors on the left; causing it to flip overBecause of this defect, the Drone kept crashingIt being a moving object, any defect would cause it to land incorrectlyTheir argument is that I damaged the Drone, and my argument is that the Drone was defective causing it to crashIn all the going back and forth, my biggest issue was that I purchased warrantyIf not for that reason, I would have thrown it away and purchase another oneAll I wanted was for them to fix or replace the drone so I can move on, but they refused toI once bought a Jabra earpiece from them which was defective and without warranty, but they quickly refunded the money, since it was less than bucks

I have always had exceptional service with N1, even after I had to do a return the gentleman who handled my case was the bestThis is what I always wished for in Customer service, attentive, fast and fairI would recommend them to anyone

I ordered a new Ipad power adapter and it was advertised as "new" and "10W"; however I received a 12W USED adapter There is dirt and brown stuff in the creases of this adapter

I found the website N1Wireless.com by a [redacted] SearchI was looking for an unlocked Samsung phoneI found a deal on this page and ended up buying unlocked cellphones from the businessI then received an email from them, stating that one of the selected item, Samsung 7, was not in stock any longer and therefore they had cancelled my transactionI reached out to them, via email (emails) in order to: 1- Let them know that the Samsung was still appearing on their website as "On Stock" for $2- Honor the purchase price as the same Samsung 7, same page, other link, was showing "On Stock" for $more at $No response was ever received from the businessOne week later, today July 2nd, the same Samsung for $is still showing "On Stock"

I purchased an iPhone 6S Plus 64GB Space Gray from the company last fridayThey gave me an order # but never a tracking #I also paid for the 1-business day shipping fee for it because I want it to be shipped to me in 24hoursI waited for two days for it but it never cameI sent them a message saying how's and where's my order but they never replied to me about it, only an automatic message saying they received my messageSo, today I called them, and wow I am surprised by their poor customer serviceThey said to me my shipping address got messed up that's why they can't ship it to me right awaySo I decided to cancel my transaction with them, and told them to reverse the amount in my accountAnd so they didBut they really have a poor customer service

My teenage son ordered wireless headphones, which arrived brokenWe returned for a replacement, and within about a week after arriving, the new set failed to turn onAfter speaking on the phone (rude associate), waiting for a contact email that never came, and then trying to email customer service, I was told that we were past the day return period, which is not true because we did try to return them within days of receiving the replacement setWe will attempt to contact the manufacturer, but this is terrible customer serviceDo not shop here! Right now we are out $85!
